Harry Redknapp has conveniently forgotten many details of his Off Shore account in the Tax Haven of Monaco. ‘Gordon Bennett’! Can you credit that?

This coming from a ‘Talented Manager and a Hard Headed Business Man’ as described by Prosecuting QC John Black.

At least many years ago Ken Dodd had a good excuse for not paying enough Income Tax.
He said; “ Income Tax used to be 6pence in the pound, and he thought it still was”.

Why do Very Rich people always want to avoid paying tax? They can afford it

I expect there will be no retribution or if so, something really punitive, but the poor sod who steals a loaf of bread from the Supermarket will end up in an overcrowded jail.

The Rich live life on their own terms and are a law onto themselves.

As a Spurs supporter and a fan of Harry it is very worrying. If he is guilty I hope he just gets a fine. A worry time for Spurs supporters.

I wouldn't trust 'good old Harry' any further than I could throw him. Just ask any Saints or Pompey fan their opinion on that disloyal so and so, and see what you get. Nothing nice. I hope they throw the book at him.

Harry Redknapp is not worshipped by all football fans, although he has had some success as a Manager and in his devotion to Football.

He is also involved in his own Company who run Property Businesses.
.
He is typical of a man with too much power and now thinks he is omnipotent.

When he was recently interviewed by a reporter of Repute and asked ‘if it was true he had an off Shore Account’ he became extremely aggressive and abusive.
Perhaps you need those qualities to be a Manager in football?

He is in complete denial that he has done anything wrong, by not declaring this account for Tax purposes. Well he can deny it till the ‘Cows come home’, but the evidence is staring him in the face.

All he has to do is ‘admit his mistake ‘and repay any due money and then perhaps he will ‘save face’ and get back to his work.

All this adverse publicity is not doing him any good.

Why can’t he see that?

Delusions of grandeur. All these people have taken on the status of celebs and IMO, they think they're above the rest of us - including the law. Wrong.

To be fair he is not like by rival fans. The majority are only concerned with what he achieves on the field.

And the 'creative accountants' who bottom feed on people like him. But he's only himself to blame for the fraud. It doesn't take an Einstein to know that tax evasion is illegal. angry.gif
