M&S food is very good if a little expensive, but great for a treat from time to time.

Actually i used to weigh 33 stone about 10 years ago. I am now 12 stone 4oz. Not bed eh?
Jovi you have to really want to loose weight. But do not diet. It will not work.
Try and change what you eat and do it gradually. It took me three years, But i feel and look great,

Well done that's a massive loss. I need to lose about a stone and then I'll be happy and as you say dieting doesn't work...well not for me anyway.

Well done.

I was 20 stone 6 years ago and then diagnosed as a diabetic... I lost that weight and went down to 12 half stone. I am know around about 14 stone and my diabetes is diet controlled. I agree with what you said.
