Oh my life I loved this show...much of the attraction was Doyle....
 Never missed an episode.Its on Itv 4 and I am watching them all again.  |

Was Doyle the one with the permed hair? Neither of them did anything for me
 My sis-in-law was keen on the permed hair one though I liked Starsky and Hutch - the dark haired one! Oh, and the dark haired American Cop in Chips! I always went for the dark haired one |

Yes. I can't recall seeing him in anything else. I actually prefered him lookswise to Doyle
