Title: UFO and the Afterlife?

Can we only have one or the other? I used to think so. I thought if there was life on other planets completely unrelated to us then that ruled out the afterlife. I don't don't know why I came to that conclusion, but that's what I did.
As I've grown older and have had more time to give it some thought my mind has changed from that opinion. I suppose I also used to think that it was either evolution or creation - one or the other. Again, now I can see we can have both/or that evolution alone would naturally bring about the cycle of life and the continuation of that life, even resulting in God, either as a great spirit or life giving essence.

Whatever planet we are from we have all come from the skies, from something in space. Whatever form of life we take we can still go on into another existance, so whether we are human or alien it doesn't make any difference.

What do you think?

Hi Sherry, well this is a heavy subject and I don't know if I can contribute much to it as there always is far too many questions than answers, and it seems with a lot of things the more you find out the more questions arise.
I am getting older too as we all are and I have noticed that as that happens we all have our thoughts and they do change with the passage of time, regarding the afterlife... well I don't dwell on that too much, and my reasoning for that is that one day I will find out for myself one way or the other... yeah and the wheels on the bus go round and round.... :)

UFO's and ET on the other hand is where my interest lies as you have probably gathered.Although I talk about the lies, the coverups and the information suppression which has taken place over the last 60 odd years, which I find totally insulting to say the least. I would really like to know the truth before I toddle off into the unknown.
Anyway what I am trying to say in a bad way is that UFO's are not a new phenomena in fact they have been recorded from way back in history.

The more I see in this world the more frustrated and saddened I become, if mankind and the human race is the best the universe has to offer then god help us all!
The reason I say that is the world is a beautiful place but just look at how we treat this world and how we treat each other.... oops sorry I am on a rant, apologies. :)

My last paragraph is better summed up in this short video which is quite funny, quite sad, but also very true!

What We Are.

:( Hmmmm

I can agree with most of that actually, but I can't help feel there is more to us than what we see in the physical.

I am appaulled by how we treat each other and how the world is because of man's greed and ego. It could be such a wonderful place, but even then, if everyone was good and kind there would still be suffering and loss. It's a strange place this world. Definitely right about there always being another question :)
