Thank you for all the welcomes. No longer a valleys girl. Moved two years ago to West Midlands after a wonderful 12 years in South Wales valleys. So name is pure nostalgia for me.

Well ex valley girl, did you have an interesting life in the `valleys`, that you care
to tell us about. I learnt to count in Welsh up to twenty. My brother sang songs in
Welsh. I myself had a Welsh friend when I was twelve, Rachel !
