Title: What's Next for Libya?

Having watched the amazing pictures from last night, on Sky TV, I'm wondering what's going to happen next. Where is Gaddafi?

I saw the news last night, but not today (yet). But I think it is over for their leader.

Oh, he's definitely finished. I wouldn't like to be any one of that family at the moment. I just hope we don't have anything like that horrific Hussein execution. I found that sickening. :( I didn't (couldn't) watch any of the footage, except one little bit which I tuned into by accident. Horrible.

I am watching the news at the moment. He seems to have gone missing, but his sons have been captured.

So it would seem.

He probably left long time ago.

According to the latest News, all of Tripoli has not been taken over, and Gaddafi's son has not been arrested

Parts of Tripoli including the Centre are still under Gaddafi's control and he is probably in his compound which is underground and hard to find.

Lets hope he is not planning some evil revenge.

Yes, I saw the pictures of Saif Gaddafi on TV this morning. It's a mess.

Watching the news at the moment it seems now almost over.

I don't think it's quite over yet. Even if they capture Gaddafi, there's the tribal problem to overcome. I imagine that the Ruling Council is going to have to sort out some infighting there. :(

I agree. The next step will be to pick a government; and there are many fractions.

Libya's financial assets have been frozen and may now be released to help with the new Government and to pay for the Rebel Army.

However like all Dictators, Gaddafi and his family are very wealthy with millions stashed away in other Countries and invested in Gold and Oil
Dead or alive he is a very wealthy man.

I am not sure his personal wealth can be frozen as it will be hard to find, just as he is.

They're saying he's still in Tripoli. Maybe in a bunker? That wouldn't surprise me, the man's as mad as a hatter.
