What was the very first game you played on your PC, not your regular FF thread ;)

Well i as well may start a new topic here, and yes you guessed right
it's not about FF (well it may be if the first game you played was FF ).

So lets start with me. Well i get my PC not so long ago, so i cannot
tell that i have 486DX and as my first game i played chess or something
similar....NOPE.

I've started my adventure with PC's with Pentium 233MMX
and the very firs game i run mn my newly built PC was
Little Big Adventure 2 - Twinsens Odysee.

It was actually the first time i really expirienced the real 3D in
a game and it was trurly fantastic expirience...the story line, the
characters in the game as well as puzzles you have to solve to
progress were trurly amazing as well as the graphics which is still
on the top of my list even after so much time.

This game was so addictive, that when i reformatted my HDD and
lost it (the game was preinstalled when i bought my PC) i actually
spend a lot of time to find it

So what was your very first expirience with the games on your PC?

haha first PC game huh xD frankly, i'd say those STUPID educational games but i won't count that haha.


my first was diablo 2 awesome gaaame!! yea, i played the second before the first...my bro got me into it haha.

can't really remember and i dun play games like FF or Doom. Rather play games like The Sims, Zoo Tycoon....but i dun play PC games anymore.

O_O Same here! Both to the educational games and Diablo!! XDD I think I might've first played Diablo when I was 7 or 8... (I think it came with our new pc) but then I got freaked out by all the scary monsters and the BUTCHER (DDDDX) that I just stopped. Then I got into Warcraft. :]

hahahaaaaa omgoshh...yea diablo's pretty scary -.- i think the one that scared me the most in the second one was that BIG/FAT ASS MAGGOT dude....*shivers* omgosh, i had my bro do it for me xDDD

kehe this brings back memories..first pc game i every played in my life was maple story...
the after that died it was silkroad..but that died soon after too... im terrible as pc games but i love ps2 ones...

I haven't played the sequel, unfortunately D: I've pretty much stopped PC games except for the Sims 2 (it's so addictive xD; ) but the new characters and everything looked so cool T_T I started WC3 a while ago but soon stopped after I found out the cheats because it got boring >_> lol

And Elleyz, same here. That's why I only play the Sims and console games now xD

Well it's a very famous game, but still it was rather unexpected.

Heh as for the Sims, I too really like the series. It's one of a kind
game where you can have a taste of real life (or rather unreal real :P)
without taking consequences for your mistakes. Yep definetly
worth a try even if it won't be the first game you'll play.

As for the 'Maple Story' I never heard of that one. I wonder
what kind of game is it??

I'm not sure about the Sims really being one of a kind, but I guess it is in terms of human simulation. Because the same company who makes the Sims, Maxis, also makes a lot of other simulation games like SimSafari, SimAnt Farm and yeah... SimSafari was actually pretty fun but got boring after a while xD;

Isn't Maple Story something like Gaiaonline or Ragnarok Online? :/

backontopic/ I remember one of the first games I played was Larry's Casino, when I was like, 6 XDDDD And I learnt how to play Blackjack hahahaha

wait now that i think about it....the first "online game" was maple story...but as for the cd ones....o my...that goes all the way back to like "where in the world is carmen" and oregon trail...all such old boring games that i used to play when i was lil but yea my favorite one would had been roller coaster tyhcoon though it was fun picking up the people...(i "accidentally" dropped on in the lake..o im such a mean person )

online games or PC games? my first online game was survival project XD was sooo fun and for PC games i think it was monkey island iono O_O it was a long time ago
