My first anime was dragon ball, I was really young and used to watch it with my dad. Regarding manga, well i was about 12 when i started reading manga and it was all because i went to Belgium and my dad bought it there my first manga and it was Vampire Hunter D. Now my dad doesn't really cares for it but i've become an adict.

My first manga was Hayate the Combat Butler. I was busy looking at stuff on Wikipedia, and for some reason, I just liked it. I never watched the anime until after reading it, but I did watch other anime beforehand. I guess I just wanted to start reading manga at that point.
I mean, I read Naruto before that, (Like one chapter) but since I really didn't pay attention, I don't consider it my first manga. :D |

My very first manga was Please Teacher!. It also is the only manga that I own.
 I know right. It also was one of my first animes, that's why I got the bundle with extra goodies. Ya ya. |

My first manga was From Far and Away...or something like that my friend lent it to me after borrowing from the library...it reminded me of Inuyasha (I used to be obsessed with show) so I liked it a lot.

Fruits Basket about 5/6 years ago.
Then Beauty pop not too long after that. Haha it feels nostalgic thinking about them. |

My first manga was Special A. I saw the anime, LOVED IT, and somebody in the anime discussions section of another forum said that the manga had more. I just had to read it after that.
Special A's manga was the gateway that led to my addiction to manga. I greatly prefer manga over anime. Hell, I don't even watch that much anime anymore. |

when i was a little, i watched the animes first like doraemon, sailor moon, rurouni kenshin, etc. and when i was older i start to read manga maybe my first manga was detective conan? lol i can't remember since it's been so long.
