Mei-chan no Shitsuji, J-drama

Wow, didn't really believe they would make a drama for this but it is quite interesting. Highly recommended but I must admit I still like the manga.
The guy acting as Rihito is quite cool too

For those that have never heard of this title synopsis as follows:

The story revolves around a young woman named Mei, who was rescued as a young girl by someone calling himself her "butler." With only a vague memory, though, the experience seems like just a dream. But one day, after her parents' accidental death, he appears: Rihito comes from a line of outstanding butlers, and he has been appointed to serve her! Now her ordinary life has completely flipped, as she discovers that she's actually the heiress to a fortune, and is forced to transfer to St. Lucia Girls' Academy, where all the students have butlers!

rly? i cant seem to like it as a drama....i luv kamen man (rihito actor) but i just cant see them as the charas~! Dx ....so i havent watched it yet~

i heard that mei-chan no shitsuji has a drama, but is it really worth it or should i just continue with the manga?

Watched about half an episode of this, I didn't really like it. It seems too unrealistic to be a drama for me so I think I'll just stick to the manga. xD

I saw a little bit of the first episode, and wasnt really impressed. I really like the manga, but as for this drama...not so much... I might give it another try though, when more episodes have come out.

I initially like this drama, but after a few episode even though I like RHito and Mei, I find that they are a bit lame. For example Rhito is a S class butler but he is so unassertive, a bit distance and he and Mei seem to be laid back, instead of fighting, the plot is pretty elementry.

Mamashiba - what is wrong with this guy hair it look like a helmet.

I like soba though (he he I am going to get some now). I like the Kiuonji heiress, so authorative and strong. The little oujisama with the 300 iq is great too.

I cant help feeling that if the real butler association were to know about this interpretation of a butler service, they will break down in tears.

I think it's fine that Rhito is a bit distant, since that just means he's taking his job seriously and not fooling around.

I love the actor who plays Shibata Rihito. He was also in Hana Kimi and Zettai Kareshi.
This drama is alright. It's entertaining for one, but some parts are just so ridiculous that it makes me laugh...unintentional humor.
This was a really short series though. Only 10 episodes. I wish it were longer. Maybe a season two? It wrapped up the story pretty well...but there could definitely more added on.

I saw the serie first before even starting to read the manga, and I do think I wouldn't like it otherwise. It's a kind of touching story. Kind of weird tough but nice.

I don't like the drama, I prefer the manga, cuz the drama, I have the impression that they are not in their game player and Mei who is played by Eikura Nana, it was difficult to get his character ... it's just my opinion.

To be honset I thought that the manga was so much better. though i do agree the guy for Rihito was totally hoooooot!!!!!!!!!!
