I like manga better for the most part. Especially if they decided to make the anime before the manga is finished. Because the anime isn't always the same.

I prefer manga because... well, I dunno. :\ I think it's because I can take my time for each scene/page... instead of anime...

Manga, because you won't miss any parts, and to me, manga drawings are much more cuter and accurate then anime.

I prefer manga for more reasons than just the colors in the anime. I can take the time to read what the dialogs are in the manga, the art, more times than not, is detailed, contains depth, and black-and-white. What I mean with the black-and-white is that my imagination can color those black and white images, another good thing for black in white is the ability to show clearly shadows which creates reality. The manga more times is also the original work which is good because the author took the time to create everything in the story to make it appealing; sometimes I feel that the animes are rushed and sometimes not well put together (though mangas have those too). Manga does not dull my senses by the quick takes on each scene making the colors and action in a blur, it may enhance it by the mangaka's work on the art to make each scene real that I may take the time to observe then imagine. I appreciate manga for the artwork, since I am an artist not by trade, but by experience.

I'll only watch an anime if it's of a manga I like (unless it doesn't have a manga it's based off of, then I go by the art and story. So far there's only one anime movie I really really like and one show {actually it's feuxanime [AtLA]}), but just because it's from a manga I like doesn't mean I'll like the anime. Naruto, for example, takes way too long in the anime to get where it's going. I mean, five episodes on ONE fight?

I def perfer mangas because they are quicker to read and not only that sometimes when they change a manga into an anime the characters get distorted and look pretty ugly. It really depends on the budget of the anime if it looks similar to the manga or not and thus I perfer mangas because I like looking at the cuties in the mangas ;]

i prefer the manga because when they do the anime sometimes they leave out very important details.
