Mines gotta be The Lord of the Rings. Its defo not the best written book ever, but u gotta give our supreme Master tolkien for his ingenuity. Its the first book I ever read that truly moved me... especially the end.

I also love Harry Potter, thought the end fight was a little anticlimatic... I just love the way those books created such a sensation among the nation.

I also have to mention the Abhorsen Trilogy by Garth Nix. Although there are questions unanswered, I was really impressed by the originality of the plot.

Mansfield park is also my fav classic of all time. Love jane austen!!!!!!!

Neway, what bout u guys, wat r ur fav novels?

This is a ridiculously hard question. I've got a lot of books (hell, whole series) vying for that spot. I mean, how does someone choose a favorite book? What is the criteria? The funniest? Your favorite character? The best plot? The most moving? The one you've read most often?

I'll never stop laughing at 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' or 'Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhoo Pal'. Eddie Dean from 'The Dark Tower' series will forever be my favorite character. The end of 'Being a Green Mother' will always make my heart swell. 'On a Pale Horse' will forever make me cheer (if only in my head). I'll never grow tired of 'The Acid House'. 'The Maribou Stork Nightmares' will always fill my head full of sickly images.

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (MARVIN THE PARANOID ANDROID FOR THE WIN.), and Pride and Prejudice, hands down.

I suppose a close runner-up would be the Harry Potter series...
