Member Group: Exorcists Posts: 28 Member No.: 751 Joined: 2-July 07	Has anyone watched Claymore? It's really good, I personally think its one of the best series that came out this season. It's has a lot of action and gore so if you're only into romance/comdey than its not for you. Teresa is the best Plot Summary(taken from anime news network) : In this world, from ancient times, people were eaten by beings called "youma". For a long time, people lived without any means to counter them. However, a half-human, half-youma female warrior was born.... Female soldiers known as "Claymore" who, with silver eyes that can see through to the true form of "youma", and carry a large sword as a weapon, continue to battle those which people have named "youma".

I love the battles and how the women are the strong ones this time. I keep wanting to know more and more about the story and the characters, especially the highest ranked Claymores.

The manga is really good as well and there are other characters that I can't wait to see in the anime. My fav from the single digit are #3, #5, #6, really cool fighters. I've watched up to epi 13, wait till it gets subbed.

Claymore have action packed scenes and have characters that work hard from a long time to become strong instead of 'bam' trainging for a week and you're as strong as the people who trained for years.

does it do justice to the manga story though? i hate to see mangas ruined by thier anime counterparts having a different story.

Member Group: Exorcists Posts: 38 Member No.: 1,621 Joined: 29-August 07	This is actually an interesting anime. I enjoyed the manga more, but the anime did a good job at animating the fight scenes. I never finished the last few episodes, but I heard the ending wasn't that good. So I haven't bothered to watch them. Teresa of the faint smile totally owns. Riful (I think that's her name) is pretty cool. Cute little girl...crazy awakened state though.
