..honestly, i REALLY didn't want to do this, but i'm really sad of the fact that people just register, take the release(s) and never come back again T.T it makes me wonder why i even made a forum ><

so in order to download, YOU MUST HAVE 20 REASONABLE POSTS. if i see anyone spam at least 10 times, it's an instant ban, no questions asked!! and remember, a spam post is a post that has 5 words or less.
you will then be promoted to the Exorcists group and then you'll be able to download. it's really not that hard!!! even if you introduce yourself, right THERE can give you a lot xD (if you welcome each other and stuff). there's also enough topics in the manga and anime sections, so if you just post in each of them, you're bound to get 20 in noooo time~!

also, PLEASE participate in the RPGs!!!!! even if it's your first time, you'll have fun!!! i did, ^^

i'm sorry that i have to do this, but what's the whole point of having a forum without anyone talking. i'm sure you'd be sad too...

--nessa: Also, Kyoniekins and I have noticed that ALMOST ALL of the new members sign up, then log-in, then go DIRECTLY to this page JUST to find out what they can do to DL the manga that our hard-working scan group distributes. They then post random, really short posts until they recieve 20, dl all the manga they want. Then leave. This is called leeching people and seriously, if i see more in the next few weeks, I will consider increasing the posting limit. Please PLEASE respect the forum and its other members that actually do post.
