I just want to say that this is the absolute best shoujo I have ever read! And nothing tops it on my list of Gender-Benders either. Please give this a chance if you haven't read it already. The 3rd volume just came out and it only gets better and better, I'm going crazy just thinking about the 4th :hahaha:

It's about someone who her father's jobs go up and down so she has to live her life not sure if there will be money for tomorrow, until she met a girl at school, the student vise-president, and discovers her secret: She's actually a guy! But not because of a hobby or anything, but because he works for a talent agency where their first priority is secrecy. It just so happens that he's in need of a manager, so when she found out, he decided to use her and asked the president of the company (called Peacock) to hire her. The catch? She has to dress like a MAN while she's a manager! How will things turn out?

Ok, that's a crappy summery by me, but the art is really really awesome!!! It's my the same mangaka as THe Land of the Blind-FOlded as well as Yoroshiku Master!

Penguin Revolution's such a cute manga!! I love Yukari, since she's different from a typical heroine. (she can defend herself! :hahaha: ) Has anyone read the other mangas like Yoroshiku Master or Mekakushi no Kuni? Those are good too. ;)

it's downright terrible imo.. one of those really shallow ones i can't stand.. i thought there'd be some good gender bender in it why i checked it out a while ago but the misunderstandings were kind of sorted out in the first chapters already between the only characters that matter and i have a feeling it'll degenerate into one of those pathetic love stories between she, the protagonist and that guy who dresses like a girl at her school.. or rather a love triangle with that other room mate but the girlish guy'll probably win.. i read like 2 chapters and it was torture and damn how they're fixed on looks..

I liked it. ;w;. It's an easy read and not too dramatic. I like laid back comics, plus the guys are hot. Down right bishies. :LUV~!: haha, anyways, overall, the plot is good.. It's annoying to have to wait for the chapters though, [I'm not saying that Dragon Voice is bad, in fact, they're awesome! THANK YOU! (L)] I wish I could read kanji. :hahaha:

Yea, this manga is great. Especially the main heroine, she's so practical and she can do aikido.

I like Penguin Revolution soooooooooooo much. It's not that much of a gender-bender for me though... even though people are constantly cross-dressing.... THAT'S INSANE!!!!! :hahaha: but true... I really like how the gender-bending isn't the central issue and how all the rest of the plot stands out in my mind a lot more. I really want to see what happens next!!!!!!!

I first discovered Sakura Tsukuba when I read Mekakushi no Kuni. Then I found out about Penguin Revolution and I just went crazy. XD I love the whole idea and those wings... =d Delicious. XD I can't wait for more! And by the looks of it, the plot's getting interesting. =DDDD

I really, really, really want to read Penguin Revolution. Isn't this manga licensed already? I only read up to volume 3, I think. Further than that... awww.... I really like the plot where the hero get to develop into a peacock from a penguin. And the heroine has such a cute gift. I want one too!! :FOOD!:

i definitly think its one of the best ones out there! coz for one thing, the lead girl is actually smart *gasp*! she's not the typical clutzy, dumb but otherwise kind-hearted and loveable shoujo girl. she's kind-hearted and loveable, but she's also intelligent, she's resourceful, she's perfect! :YAY!:
