Personally i find that once i got into dramas, anime looked like a cheap representation. On the flip side to this, manga always remained the No. 1 in my book because i could read it over and over without feeling like it got boring.
What do you think?

I usually like the originals and most anime and dramas originated from manga so I would say manga in my book. :)

i`m more into anime. i like to see unrealistic characters with big eyes and stuff for some reason.

HAHAHHA i sorta agree with the drama thing. i had that kind of opinion with Nodame Cantabile xD i liked the drama a LOT more than the manga or anime :hahaha:
but i usually like the manga better than anything cuz most of the time, it's the original thing!! xD and the art sure is a lot better if you compare the manga with the anime version >.>;;

I like manga more cause the art is ofte much MUCH better, but sometimes the anime can be better. and dramas... well i'v never seen any dramas xD

i like manga, i like looking at drawings, and because it provokes my imagination more. ^_^

The truth is.... I never watched..(?!)/listend (!?!) to a drama.. xDDDDD (LOL...I think I'm SOOO WRONG...I really dunno.. :hahaha: ).. Well.. but I can't decide between Anime and Manga... both of them are SO UBA GOOD.. and both got their "better series" ^_^

Ahhhh i am torn i like both manga and anime, sometimes if they make an anime out of a manga then they dont include everything or like in fruits baskets case, they dnt go all the way!!! man that annoyed me :@ :grrr:

Personally I think Anime, Manga and Dramas all have different good sides -_- . But if had to choose then i'd probably choose Drama too~ :hahaha:

Well i think the manga is always better than the drama T.T the animes are good but there are so few times that the drama is good as manga or better :grrr:

Hmm.. Dramas are out.. Ugh.. So,, im deciding between anime and manga..

From my point of view,, i like mangas better than animes coz of the details. It has more details for sure if you're into spoilers and stuff.

I like both anime and manga, but recently I love more manga stuff that anime.

But I love both.

I think is the best way to pass time, is a hobby, but is too much stuff around the world thats make me sometimes crazy

manga - appreciate the complexity of the art, i mean the details and stuff
anime - seeing it in action, eg the fighting scenes in bleach, naruto or kenichi
drama - something different >:3

Manga definitely. I generally dont like anime because if it's dubbed they horribly butcher the voices in english, and if it's just japanese and subbed - they all sound like girls. The only anime I ever got into was Ghosts in the shell and possibly a bit of Big O. As for dramas... what are those? >_>

the original stories tend to be better. some anime that are adapted from manga have a lot of filler episodes *cough* naruto* cough*. as for drama, some of them can be really good, but there are a lot of bad ones that i just cant stand.

Definately manga. Its the best. Next come after manga is anime.
So far i've yet to come across any drama is as good as the anime/manga. Or should I said they make it worst. Ruin the original manga/anime especially those taiwanese made drama. :grrr:

@babyice, lol, i dunno... I like taiwanese dramas. Granted, not the manga adapted ones, but some of those wacky ones like Prince Turns to Frog, KO One, and My Lucky Star are <3~ For me, anyhow.

For moi, I love watching dramas during the holidays, when I have long hours to spare, But when it's school days and I just don't have the time for it, it's manga. 'cause it's short, and it only takes 5 minutes to read a chapter. XD Unless I get addicted of course. Then... I oughta just shoot myself for being screwed for the next school day... -_-

elsiey, correct, goog person, good person. Babyice, bad bad bad bad. Dramas are very goog, the only problem is that they are DRAMAS. They tend to add more drama then necessary or are too light and slow for most peoples tastes. Drama is good, manga is probably better or the same, and anime sucks. Nuff said :P

I would choose those three since I love watch Anime - I only watch the anime that I really like such as Full Moon Wo Sagashite, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, Ayashi No Eres, Fushigi Yuugi, Peach Girl and many more. As for manga I am really addicted to it and I am almost a die hard Fan of Uwasa No Midori-Kun, all Tanemura Arina Graphics Novel, Kaikan Phrase, Love Celeb, Love Monster and many more. I also love watching drama.. I only like 2 Jdrama and its Gokusen I and II, Hana Yori Dango I and II. I am into Twdrama coz mostly are really good and I sort of like the actors and actress such as Rainie Yang, Barbie Zu, Tammy Chen, Vic Zhou and many more. My favourite of all Twdrama are Devil Beside You, Lavender, At the Dolphin Bay and Meteor Garden I. I like Kdrama coz I like Autumn Tale/ Endless love... So if oyu ask me to choose which I like I particularly choose all of them.

maybe manga as my first choice ,as mostly if the manga are nice , i will move on to see the anime @.@ i have never seen a drama!! but i feel like anime will express a lot more feelings!! but i still like manga in the end!! ^_^

Manga muhuhu it's more dramatic then anime i think and about drama i don't really like that and i barely see smth like that too :FOOD!:

at first I was only watching anime and I didn't think of reading the manga. But now I fell in love with manga and is my favourite. Ok, when I like the manga I would allso like to see an anime made but most of the time I am really unsatisfyed 'cause they are changing too much.
I watched few korean dramas and I liked it but they must have really good actors. Peach girl I liked anime more than the drama, but Goong I liked the drama more. Nodame cantabile I allso don't like the drama but I am watching the anime :)

Manga seems alot better, you don't get the cheap voice actings that are just horrible, or the bad actors who can't act in dramas.

I like manga better. It is neat seeing one of my favorite mangas,Paradise Kiss, as an anime though. I like the artwork in the manga better though.

in my sequence, it would be manga anime then drama. like if it all starts as the manga, then it turns into an anime, then into a drama. but that doestn apply to all..

Omgsh...you're giving me a hard decision here! >< Well, obviously for me, anime would have to be last because there isn't much anime that's good right now, and that sometimes I get the feeling that anime is so slow...Now I can't choose between manga and drama. Manga has its beautiful artwork and great stories. It's the original beginning of any anime and drama. It has the real and true story. Drama has real life people. I always like to see real people act out in dramas ^^. And also, dramas have theme songs, unlike mangas ^o^ (animes also, but they only have those anime-themed music, not normal modern music ><). They have hot guys/girls (manga also have them too, but makes us wonder if there really is any guy in real life that's as hot as the manga character).

I like all three but for me I'd have to say drama. In anime and manga the characters aren't real people, however, they usually have better story lines than dramas. A lot of dramas are very alike and aren't very original. Lately, I've been watching a lot of drama so maybe that's why I picked drama. Kinda hard to decide though.

Mmmmm...I'd probably go in order of Manga, Drama, Anime. I like all three, but I definitely read more manga than I watch the other two. And I love anime, but dramas are more real and I kind of like that reality. And dramas are usually more appropriate for my age than most manga and anime I see come out in English.

Manga is cheeper, there's a lot more of it (well, in Japan anyway...), it's easier to enjoy on your own time (as you can bring books with you anywhere). and you're actually reading it so more is left to your imagination.

Ok ok, I gotta love the music in anime and dramas though... :music: Plus it's fun to just sit and watch a good story unfold without having to worry.

I like manga better because when they make it into an anime or drama they usually leave out the best parts. Also, most of the time the artwork and plot is better in the manga.

i actually like all of them because they have good and bad side to them. However if there is the manga, and it turns into anime and drama, i usually like manga better. Most often, anime likes to cut the story shorter and leave out the most important part. While drama probably did the same thing like anime.

i like manga better. sometimes, in anime/dramas, they leave out a lot of stuff. the manga goes into more detail. also in anime/dramas, they change the story or add fillers. i don't like fillers. they're boring and dragging. i like anime because it's cool to see the manga characters in color and action and i can hear their voice. in the manga, we just have to imagine. in dramas, it's pretty amusing to see real people act based on the manga. it's so dramatic it makes me laugh. there are also sad ones, too.

It's too hard to choose T.T . I normally go from reading a manga then watching the anime then the drama it the the manga is released as an anime and drama. I think all 3 have their good points.

It really is hard to choose. But for the current me right now, I prefer dramas since it obviously has a realistic link. I dunno, I'm really into the realistic quality of everything right now. ._. But I still like manga. =DD Anime, not so much anymore. =X But I'll go back occasionally and watch some from time to time. =DDD

Definitely manga even though I really enjoy watching dramas :)
