My very first manga was Inuyasha because I found out the anime was going to end but the manga continued.

lol the first manga i've ever read was Vampire Knight and it left such a good impression on me that now i am so addicted to mangas! so thank you Matsuri Hino, thank you XD

hmm.. i think my first manga might be dragonball.. lol. my brother was really into it and was reading it so i gave it a try. lol. though i never finished all of it.

Well i started reading manga not too long ago because i
mostly watched anime, so.

The first one that get me into the world of manga was Midori no Hibi
Really it was the first time i saw what it really means that the manga is
longer and better that most of the animes.
Although anime version was great and kept me watching until the end,
when i read the manga version it gets me even more addicted ;)

So i thought that if every manga is better than the anime version,
i might as well read all the manga related to the anime i previously
watched...and that's how it started lol

I think mine was Naruto, or maybe Bleach.. started with them nearly at the same time.

OOOOOOH... my VERY first Manga was KKJ ^_^ I wanted to read it after I watched my first Animes: Sailor Moon and KKJ :hahaha: -_- ... I actually think, KKJ the Anime is better than KKJ the manga... XXPPP... But I think in the end of the Anime, Maron and Chiaki coud have kissed :grrr: T.T *MAAAAAAN* :hahaha:

My first one [if I could remember properly] is Naruto. But I only bought it cause I thought Sasuke was hot and I obsessed over him for a full year. ^^;;

I remember that my first manga wuz also KKJ ;) ... it was beautiful!!!T.T

my first manga would probably be kodocha and marmalade boy in english...they started my sudden i guess u can call "obession" .. -_-

hhmmm... as far as i remember i think I would have to say.... tsubasa? hmm... if it's not tsubasa, i guess Karekano.... haha! I started reading manga around 2-3 years ago *so i can't really remember exactly what i first read* and i haven't stopped since. haha~ i think i already burned around 10+ cds of manga for back-up @.@ wah... i can't wait to rad them all again. haha!

The first one I actually read it, it was Fushigi Yuugi, when they licensed here in Brazil. :) I was so happy when I finally could understand what they were saying ! I had watched the series, but reading the manga was something different. I had never read a manga before and I loved that story, so it was really important to me.

I think my first was Love Hina which I got from my brother ten years ago =)
instead of giving me volume 1-3 he had bought 5-7 so I couldnt start reading right away T.T but when I later on got the first volume I was addicted :YAY!:

I read manga in the age of 5 . yes, as soon as I can read. And my first manga ever was Sailor moon. I guess that why it has a strong affect on my type of manga - those with strong female character, the heroine are always the saviors of the world

The first manga a ever read and owned was Ayashi no Ceres, by Yuu Watase. I first ordered it because I had come across a picture of Aya and Touya laying (quite nude) together and thought it was the prettiest thing I'd ever seen. So, I was prompted by that experience to search for its source and ended up buying the series!
