Title: Itazura na Kiss xoxox
devilish angel - April 23, 2009 10:20 AM (GMT)
In the romantic comedy story, a high school girl named Kotoko finally tells a fellow senior named Naoki that she has loved him from afar since she saw him on their first day of high school. However, Naoki, a haughty "super-ikemen" (handsome male) with smarts and sports talent, rejects her offhand. Fate intervenes when a mild earthquake ruins Kotoko's family house. While the house gets rebuilt, Kotoko and her dad stay at the home of her dad's childhood friend...whose son is Naoki.

I watched it . The ending of anime is so good . I love the main coupe too .
I think that the drawing in anime is better than the drawing in manga

Itazura na Kiss is one of my favorite animes of all time.
I don't think any anime can compare to this one, really. It showed the perfect emotions and feelings at the right time.
Rest in peace to the mangaka, though.

overall is a good anime.. i prefer the ending of the anime rather than the t-drama's...

I think i've read somewhere.... this anime will be adapted into korean drama......Lee Min Ho as a lead actor.....

yeah i do like the anime more than the manga, too.
i think this kind of anime/manga is timeless. it's just such a complete story where's nothing missing. sometimes stories end and i wish them to go on. but this one was just so....harmonic ;)

I first watch the tawain drama version of Itazura na Kiss and loved it. It was mention that the drama was base on a manga, so I scan through a few chapter of the manga, it's kind of hard to find release of the manga, but when I heard there's a anime going out, I was excited. I loved the anime it's so cute. So much like the tawain drama, but shorter. I'm currently trying to finish up the manga version. Loved the anime though. ;)

oh! I love this anime! Is one of my favorite stories. Actually is the second one! :YAY!:
This story is the perfect evidence that we always have to fight for what we want and we'll make them happy!
And of course, the true loves wins always! ^_^

I prefer the t-drama to the anime but it was still good

I read somewhere that someone found the mangaka's notes on how the story was supposed be completed and that the manga would be concluded in the near future.. Probably just a rumor though, as the anime ended beautifully, in my opinion :)
I loved the anime, definitely one of the best of the shoujo genre =D

Though, it isn't one of my faves...

I loved Itazura na Kiss. I read the manga a while before the anime came out (at least what was scanlated up to that point), and was curious to see how the story ended especially after the mangaka's sad and untimely death. It was a really good story, and I'm glad that it was finally able to be finished.

I love it! But i think that it could had end in episode 12 after they get married ^_^

ahh. the downside of this for me is that the anime characters aren't that easy on the eye. the manga ones are worse. no offense to all ISWAK fans out there.
i think unrequited love is sweet, sometimes. an overly strong female protagonist is a bit annoying and stubborn. i dunno...i'm not much of a believer in love at first sight. or that a guy lending you an umbrella or hand is much a catalyst for falling in love oh-so deeply.
so this anime is a bit unrealistic but it is shoujo. where girls tend to be stupid and unpopular but somehow ends up with the popular smart guy.
love the theme song for the anime! and i'd recommend it up to where they tie the knot. otherwise it drags on and on. where doubts start to form and man stealing happens. pretty annoying. since they are together it's the same scenarios as when they aren't together.

i love this manga ~ but there's so many adpatations of this storyline
there's the three dramas; taiwanese, korean and japanese, the anime and the manga @.@
naoki is so stubborn, but i still find him super cool :D

It-s one of the first time I prefer the anime version to the manga one : maybe the mange need some refresh...
kyashi39 - January 24, 2011 04:44 PM (GMT)
i love the anime version
but without the manga version
all other versions wouldn't be successful.
my favorite version though is the taiwanese and korean version.
i haven't watched the japanese live action
but i heard it's short. i'll try to watch it someday though.
:hahaha:

Itazura na Kiss was one of the cutest animes I've ever watched! ^_^
kawaii_akanbo - June 15, 2011 08:49 PM (GMT)
it is a good thing the anime was able to conclude the story where the manga could not because the mangaka passed away before finishing the story. it's still one of the sweetest love stories i have seen all time!
fairie-writer17 - July 27, 2011 06:13 PM (GMT)
