How about if thisclan can be split up into sections, like mellee, range and mage. They can all go out pking in there groups and at say weekends we all can go together. We could have three seperate inbuilt forums for mages, range..etc and we could pk in these groups, trade tips, have forum shops in these forums and a seperate clan bank in each that we could borrow from
