Hello!
It has been a while since I have addressed you and given the state of the shell. The state of the shell is stable. Currently, our active population exceeds the population that caused the period of tumoil, unrest, and conflict in Jan 2005 (which eventually lead to the introduction of Common Law). HQ under Common Law has now been in existance for 7 months; which is 2 months longer than HQ without Common Law. The signs of stress and fractures that started to show in the pre-Common Law version of the LS are not evident, and the amount of conflict mediation that I need to perform is, at least, an order of magnitude less than my previous workload without Common Law.
