holy crap - his sept 10th chicken ramen is the one i ate today and the teachers were like, "ooooo " over! haha
yes there was an egg mass thing in it... once prepared, it got all egg drop soupy- tho haha |

They do the egg alot in Japan; The hot soup tends to cook the egg somewhat. Usually if you let it sit for a few minutes before eating its fine. But it's funny to watch Americans freak out when theres a raw egg in their ramen.
