CDP are essentially HQ's lot points. If you don't know what CDP is, and/or you have no CDP, you are expected to pass on all rare/ex drops during an HQ event that calls for CDP.

I basically see CDP as an extension of our Garrison lotting rules; in which we reward facilitators (ie: for garrison, the people who gather the tokens that allow the event to happen).

CDP are NOT transferrable!!!
CDP is reset upon use!
An unraisable death is considered an "autopass".

CDP will typically be assigned for events that require a large number of participants, specialized parties, or just generic unpleasantness in order to help people access content. In short, they will only be assigned for events that people will have immense difficultly organizing.

A good rule of thumb is that if the event is something that I or a small group of 75s can do it pretty trivially, you will not be getting CDP for it.

Note that people can only get CDP by going back to help others through these events. If they have yet to get past the events themselves, they are not eligible for CDP.

Also, based upon various inputs, lot points (CDP) will be the "default" system that we use for all rare/ex drops from non-trigger pop NMs (ie: carmine dobsonfly, bordoka, etc...)

Successfully using your lot rights will reset your CDP to zero, regardless of the number of points you have. So please only exercise it on items that you really really want. The resetting of the points to zero will prevent huge "banks of points" from potentially monopolizing all of the drops.

The NM's name.
The date you helped LS-mates fight the NM - only April 23, 2005 and later
The names of LS members that you helped to fight the boss NM (ie: per set).

WE WON! =) 2nd reschedule .. we got to the top effortlessly (2 or3 fights I think, 1 was a must) 5/21/05 Fili would have been there but events arose at the last minute.
