Ok, here's something simple and fun for you all to do.

First look at your play time for the character you wish to know the age of.
For example:
Valienta: 220 days, 8 hours, 30 min.

Now we know that in Vana'diel time it's 25 game hours per real world hour. 24 game hours go into a game day, 30 game days go into a game month, 12 game months go into a game year. See where this is going?

220 * 24 + 8.5 = 5288.5 Real world hours.

5288.5 * 25 / 24 / 30 / 12 = 15.3 game world years.

That means Valienta has spent 15 years adventuring. What age did she start? Well I'll leave that for you to decide. <_<
