Hogwarts Canons & Character Requests

Although they are not strictly 'canon', below is the core information of particular characters available on the board. All details are negotiable, and serve only as a guide to refer to when creating the character. This is an indication of what age ranges and personality types Admin would like to see playing these particular positions.

Please also note that these characters will have significance on the board, and it is recommended that you apply only if you are prepared to be dedicated to that character. To do so, please register with the character's first and last name and fill out the appropriate application as normal.

Hermione Granger

Age: 16
Position: 6th year
Background:The know it all, studies almost all the time, which doesn't leave time for fun or boys. Wand is Vine wood with a dragon heartstring core.

Harry Potter

Age: 16
Position: 6th year
Background:The Boy Who Lived, is dating Crystal and they are happily engaged. Wand is Holly and phoenix feather, eleven inches, nice and supple; an unusual combination.

Ron Weasley

Age: 16
Position: 6th year
Background:The not so sure one, has hardly any experience with girls, and has only been in about one relationship. Wand is 14-inch willow containing one unicorn tail-hair. Is under the watch of Crystal Riddle.

Ginny Weasley

Age: 15
Position: 5th year
Background:To many boyfriends to count, always has a boyfriend, and seems to get around alot, Harry and her have no future love, and she is enemies with Crystal Riddle. Wand is unknown, so feel free to pick your own. Is under the watch of Crystal Riddle.

Ravenclaw Students

Cho Chang

Age: 17
Position: 7th year
Background:The shy one, is dating Cedric Diggory, who is out of school, and plans to be dating him for a while. Wand is unknown, so feel free to pick your own wand.

Luna Lovegood

Age: 15
Position: 5th year
Background:The loony one, being as loony as people say, she doesn't have many friends, or boyfriends. Wand is unknown, so feel free to pick your own.

Slytherin Students

Draco Malfoy

Age: 16
Position: 6th year
Background:The evil, yet hot one, has no current girlfriend, or at least a sign of one, is known throught out th school. Wand is Hawthorn and unicorn hair, 10 inches, reasonably springy. Is under the watch of Crystal Riddle.

Sirius Black

Age: 37-38
Position: Owner of number twelve Grimmauld Place
Background:Padfoot, is married to Randilynns mother, his goddaughter Crystal Riddle lives with him, and so does Randilynn and her sisters. Wand is unknown, so feel free to pick your own.

Cedric Diggory

Age: 18
Position: N/A
Background:The handsome one, is dating Cho Chang, and plans for it to be like that. Is Crystal Riddle's step-brother. Wand is unknown, so feel free to pick your own.

Vernon Dursley

Age: Unknown
Position: Muggle
Background:Vernon Dursley is the husband of Harry’s Aunt Petunia. Like her, he was also a Muggle. In fact, he was about as Muggle as a person can get. He had no use for imagination at all. He wore his most boring tie to work and sat at his desk with his back to the window. Vernon Dursley considered it a good morning if he'd yelled at a few people. He was the director of Grunnings, a firm that made drills.
For Vernon, it's all about appearances. He wants nothing more than to be completely normal, thank you very much, although he also wants to be better than everyone else around him, too. He places high regard on things like which kind of car a person drives. In fact, when he gets a new company car himself, he stands out in the driveway with his wife and son exclaiming about how wonderful it is, all in voices loud enough so that the neighbors will hear.

Petunia Dursley

Age: Uknown
Position: Muggle
Background:When they were younger, Petunia and Lily were very close, so when Lily began to show signs that she was a witch, Petunia was frightened; when Lily got the invitation to Hogwarts, Petunia was so unhappy about being separated from her sister that she wrote a letter to Dumbledore and asked if she could attend (of course, she couldn't). By the time Lily and James were killed, Petunia's loneliness and disappointment had hardened into jealousy and an utter revulsion of magic. It didn’t help that both Lily and Petunia learned first about magic from an odd, intense neighborhood boy named Severus Snape; wizardry will always be “freakish” to Petunia. Any mention of her sister upset her.

Dudley Dursley

Age: 17
Position: Muggle
Background:Dudley Dursley is Harry Potter’s Muggle cousin, and the only son of Vernon and Petunia Dursley of number four Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey. Dudley, in extreme contrast to Harry, was grossly overindulged by both his mother and father. Petunia petted and coddled him and turned a blind eye to his bullying. Vernon, on the other hand, encouraged his son’s manipulations, greed and violent behavior.

Background:The prankster, is dating Randilynn Carr, and recived the families beat up car, brand new from Crystal Riddle. Wand is unknown, so feel free to pick your own.Is under the watch of Crystal Riddle.
