Did you try search fansites of your play-by? That's where I find alot of my stuff. Or YouTube? Did you try that? There are multiple sitethat allowing conversions of YouTube videos to .AVI.

Unregistered	Youtube lets you download? And I checked a Couple Fan sites for the Play-bys for a couple of the people on this site, couldn't find anything other then T.V. interviews.
