XBox Live, Website won't let me get my Gamertag!| Ajax |

After getting my account overdrafted thanks to XBox Live, I'm trying to make sure it doesn't happen again...only one problem...I don't have internet. So I'm trying to use the internet at the college to help me cancel my XBox Live account...but it won't let me retrive my gamertag! So, on the XBox, I'm TrueAjax, but the website forced me to make a NEW gamertag to even log in! How do I get my 360 gamertag on the computer, when I can't access my information with my console, and the website won't let me even use my 360 account? Any ideas on how to do this? Is there something I'm missing?
