There's a farm called Sunny Ranch. Pepper (look at NPC topic) owns it. Her shipper is Ben the twin-brother of Sabu.

Pepper is having trouble taking care of it. She'll have much better luck if she owns the farm in Mini City. So, she wants to move there. But, she wants to find a new owner first.

YOU can become that new owner!

How to get the Farmer Job Rank:

1. Befriend Pepper. You can't just befriend her easily. I'll see if you have fully befriend her or not.

2. BUY AND READ the 3 books in the farm books series.

They are...

"Growing Crops" Book

"Shippable Items and Crop Info" book

And the.... "Farm Animals" book.

3. Buy the Ax, Watering Can, Sickle and the hoe.

4. After DOING ALL OF THE ABOVE! Pm me (hamstarz) and I will see if you can own the ranch.

When you own the ranch, Pepper will move to Mini City on the day you claimed the ranch. You can visit her by taking the sub-way to Mini City.

Don't worry if you think the stores will run-out of things to sale because of you... Kira is a shipping ham from Mini City. He walks many miles to there to here to take goods to the stores. So the stores will never run out of things to sell.

There's a Farm House on Sunny Ranch. YOU HAVE TO LIVE THERE! You can keep your old house or sell it. And you can take anything from your old house to take to the Farm House.

You can give up farming any time. Just PM me to give up. Haru (Pepper's sister) will take over the ranch when the old owner gives up. Haru will countiue to care for the ranch until a new owner comes.

You do the same things needed to take over the ranch when Haru cares for it. But you'll have to befriend her instead of Pepper. Once Pepper moves, she won't be coming back.

When someone takes over an ranch Ben will be your shipper. He'll be Haru's shipper if the old owner gives up. And on and on.

Farm Animals:

You buy farm animals (cows, sheep and horses) you must have alot of grass planted. You can cut grass with the Sickle to make straw. Straw is stored into the farm's mill. Horses, sheep and cows eat straw. You can also buy straw too or you can let your farm animals out to graze the grass. They'll only graze fully grown grass.

Chickens:

Chickens do not eat straw. They eat bird seed. You do not have to plant grass to buy chickens. The Cat Pets are too small to eat Chickens (and too small to eat ham-hams too).

You can let Chickens out to eat worms aleast. You buy Bird Seed from the animal store. You can put grown corn into the farm's mill to make bird seed too.

Never let your horses, cows, sheep and/or chickens in the rain, snow, hurricane and snow storm. They can get sick, unhappy or even die. Give Animal Madicine to them if they're sick. Give them food and ONLY leave them out when it's sunny weather so they'll be happy again.

Put shippable items in the shipping box before 5:00 PM inforum time. Ben will come in 5:00 PM to get the items and pay you.

Chickens lay eggs. F-Eggs can be shipped or put in the hatching box. Normal eggs cannot be hatched and can only be shipped. Female chickens can only lay F Eggs if you have a Rooster.

Female Cows have milk. Bulls don't. Cows are adults when you first buy them. Use a milker ON ADULT FEMALE COWS to get milk. Bulls and female cows can mate. The female cow's utter will be red when she has to give birth. YOU CANNOT milk her when she's pregent. You have to wait for the calf to be a M Cow to milk the mother again.

Bulls and female cows can only mate when they're both adults.


Female sheep and rams can hve their wool cut. Use clippers on them to shear them. Female sheep and rams are adult sheep when you first buy them. Female sheep and rams can mate. The female sheep will be heavier and fatter when she's pregent. YOU CANNOT shear her when she's pregent. You can start to shear her again when the lamb is a M Sheep.

Female Sheep and Rams can only mate when they're both adults.
