I like the premise of this page, because its funny, but human Sharet looks really awkward in... well she just looks awkward. I think the dialogue is a bit too subtle. I personally think "After all that, THIS you have a problem with?" would have been more amusing, or possibly just "After all that...?" if you don't want to be so direct.
I think furry + human just ends up looking weird no matter what, really. I really can't say anything else because this entire page is just that one joke (which I have no objections to) xD -------------------- |

I think human sharet looks awkward mostly because it was unexpected. She's a shocker. I found it rather refreshing. I loved Fire weasel, sure, but after what, 20 odd pages, I was a little... worn out with her.
Erik, I brought that up to Zar when he was drawing this page. He originally had the line as something like "What, after all that THIS is what freaks you out?!" but, honestly, I think the subtle approach goes along with Sharet 10x better. This page was great. We need a comedic break after all that DOOM GLOOM YOUR SISTER BURNED ALIVE bit. Good job on this one Zar. :3 -------------------- "80% of all questions that begin with the word 'why' can be answered with the simple sentence 'people are stupid.'"

I'd insert that clapping gif right here, but I think it might be a bit too big. Consider one awarded though, this page is ace. We really could use a small bit of levity after the pair of pages 2 and 3 back from this one, not because all things must be balanced out so that every single damn story ever has the same overall neutral feel to it or anything like that nonsense, but rather because they were an extremely effective and powerful climax of grim and dark things, and the point of a climax is to bring things to a culmination. If the same things persist after it, it detracts from it as a climax, and while you usually don't want to snap completely back to zero of the same kind of stuff all at once, you do (yes I know with me saying this it's going to sound sexual) want to wind down fairly punctually into a sort of afterglow where a bit of the same kind of emotion hangs on for a little bit, like the after-effect of looking at a bright light, and then to continue on. You don't want to drag out the denouement as a mirror-image of the build-up, pacing and all. So really a little something to put a full stop to what's just happened, something different, was a good thing to have here, and I really appreciate, again, how naturally it's worked in, as well as the subtleness of it. I'm glad it's not spelt out more tutorialishy and gives the reader the credit to get what is meant, and I really love it when a character reacts to another character the same way I do/would, hehehe, which Sharet did here. It's clever, and just neat, makes the world feel more real when the people in it are perceptive to of the sometimes silly or somewhat illogical things one another do, and draws it more into the "People in real life sometimes are silly and illogical" camp, rather than "This writing is silly and illogical". It was funny, and witty, and well-placed, and I liked it, basically ^^.
