OH RIGHT, Sarai's mom is standing outside! And has been this whole time! Wondering what the fuck Darin is doing with her little girl! OOPS.

What do the memories mean? IT IS A MYSTERY.

I have to say, the memory pane in the top left of the first panel is amazingly beautiful!
Really drop-dead gorgeous!

I am actually quite excited as to what is going to happen next, as I really don't think I can predict it at this point.
Also, I should have said this several pages ago, but with sharet appearing things are probably going to get a lot more interesting!

I'm gonna back up Swot with a more fitting to myself remark of I'd totally hit that, up in the top left fragment :explod. Hahaha, really though, that's a gorgeous piece, and I do like how Sharet herself is a little puzzled by what's going on. I think it puts her and Sarai more on the level as working together, rather than her just being a detached magical guide that already knows all the answers but is only going to share them through a long quota-meeting dramatic psychic scenic tour. Small touch, but one I appreciate, makes her feel more relatable, more of a person and less of a fountain of things we don't know learned by means we can't imagine. Not that there's much wrong with her being a big sparkly mysterious deal, I mean she is a pretty ancient and important spirit, but having got to know something about the Nine over time, I appreciate how Zaron has generally made them feel like real personalities with three dimensions and individual spark, rather than general broad-strokes archetypes and paragons of various types of people suited to their elements or whatever. The little reminder of the outside world is neatly done at the end, and in general I'm interested in the mystery of what Darin wants them to see :).
