Bill watched as Jyl helped Lilian out of her wet clothes and into a hospital gown. Once Lilian was laying in bed, Bill sat next to her and held her hand. "So....it looks like Savannah Jayne wants to meet us today."

"If its today, I could be in labour for days," Lilian closed her eyes momentarily, "I didn't get a lot of sleep last night."

"That's very normal dear. Most women don't sleep much the night before. I think she will have my hair and your eyes. If she does, I'll have to keep her under lock and key till she's at least 25." He chuckled.

Lilian smiled, her ice blue eyes glistening,
" Thats how genetics turn out, she'll look more like you than me, which means we will have to keep her locked up!"

"I wonder how dialated you are? That is how they can tell how long it takes for the baby to be delivered. Do you feel like you need to push or anything?" Bill wanted to meet her so badly. The last months of thinking were driving him crazy now that they were so close.

"No, it just hurts, but its the best feeling in the world,"Lilian smiled, she closed her eyes, ready to try and sleep, "Invite Caryn in in a few minutes if you want."

"She knew I brought you in. She was with Christian still. I think she wanted to wait a while and visit once the messy part was done. She will be here in a bit." Bill wondered if there was anyone else to contact. "Should I call your Mum and Dad?"

"Yeah!" Lilian said quietly, the contractions weren't quite as painful now, she was falling asleep.

"OK....I'll go call them." Bill took a piece of paper out of his pocket with the number on it. He had used muggle phones a lot so it was nothing new to him. "I guess that pain charm worked wonders huh? Rest while you can cause soon you will have to work to deliver her." Bill headed down to the lobby to find a muggle phone.

Lilian smiled then fell into a light sleep.

Bill walked back into the room to find Lilian resting comfortably. He sat back down next to her and held her hand again. He didn't want to desturb her so he sat there quietly and waited for something to happen. He started dozing off himself until.....

"OOWWWWWWWWWWWW!" Lilian screamed at the top of her voice, she clutched her stomache, she started to breathe heavily, "Its coming!"

"What do you need Honey?" Bill woke in a flash. "Want me to get Jyl Taylor again?" Bill considered checking her to see if the baby was close since she hadn't had an exam yet.

"Get... JYYYYYYYYYOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLL!!!!!" Lilian screamed in pain again.

Jyl hurried back into the room, pushing a trolley of some things in. She quickly performed a calming spell, which sometimes stopped some pain as well. She knelt next to Lilian. [xray]TEXT[/xray]
