Why do you want to join the Council?
Write a sample roleplay in which your proposed character replies to the following:

Edward drummed his fingers together in such a calm way that it was almost disturbing. "Come in and have a seat," he said quietly, his voice low. "I have a task for you, if you think you can handle it. I want you to go to Azkaban and observe the state of the prison. Are the guards acting oddly? Are there any peculiar prisoners?
