Sixteen years have passed since the Balmarian Empire and Celestial Being appeared. Since that time of terrible conflict, peace and harmony have become a dominant force across the galaxy once again. Unfortunately, planet Earth and many regions in outer space have yet to see the end of terrorism. These dangers begin to ravage the lands again as the number of tragic events escalate. What will become of this new generation as warfare and terrorism return to haunt the once-peaceful lands?
