Victorian hairdresser Constance Hall, who was kicked off the show after only 10 days, spent four hours behind bars after being arrested at 4am (AEST). Sergeant Peter Easton said police were called to a party in bayside St Kilda East after reports of excessive noise, including loud music. Sgt Easton said two females were arrested in Fulton Street near the party. "I can confirm that a couple of females were arrested in Fulton Street ... ," he said. Sgt Easton said the pair was released from the police station around 8.30am (AEST). Police sources have confirmed one of those arrested and held was Constance Hall. Hall's magistrates' court appearance is fixed for September 12, but the Big Brother party girl, 21, is not obliged to attend as the offence carries no further penalty. Hall was booted out of the house after it was revealed she and fellow housemate Nelson had lied about being single to scrape through their auditions. She is the second contestant from the reality TV show to be arrested and charged after leaving the Big Brother house this year. Simon "Hotdogs" Deering was charged with public nuisance after being caught urinating in a public place last month. The 27-year-old said he was "embarrassed and ashamed" after being charged by Cairns police. �AAP 2005 --------------------
