TO be a Mod, this is what it takes.
1.) You need to log in about once a week unless I am informed of a vacation or something.
2.) If you have less than 70 posts, you are deemed ineligable for moderation
3.) And you must have been a member for 82 years, that's right 82 whole years. Not really, you mmust have been a memvber for at least 1 month |

Spamming-
Posting comments that are completly off the topic, double posting, or posting way off topic.
Actually, you can spam all you want, I'll just delete it and your IP number or your account will be banned for a certain amount of time, and you will lose 5 posts to your post count. You can only SPAM if you ask ME.
Flamming-
Insulting members for comments made, this is very unnessicary, and I'm sure that the Admins would appreciate if this didn't occur, if you do this in a thread, I might delete it depending on how bad it is. Take it to private messaging if you really want to insult each other.
Membrating-
Acting like you are a Moderator or Adminastrator, saying things like: "This thread is pointless". I don't think that this will really be a problem but just incase I'll post it.
Double Names-
Making multiple accounts to post with after you have been banned for a certain ammount of days, if we figure out that you have done this then all of your accounts will be banned.
Advertising-
No, advertising in the forums, unless you have permission form either Zero, Soganatsu, or myself.
I don't see this as much of a problem though. If you made your own website then if really want to get the word out about it then use the PM system.
Pornagraphic Images-
Ok, do not I repeat do NOT post porn here. If I find porn in any forum you will recive an imdiate ban for at least 2 days min. If it is in the Art Froum, it might be tolerated, only if it is artwork.
Personal Titles-
I know, I know, You all like these but, I don't really want anybody using them. Only if you ask my permission then you may be able to use them. This is because I want you all to use my set ranks and not your own. There will be no penalty for violating this, I will just delete your message. If you really want these, just ask me ok? I'll more than likely let you use it. But until you ask, I'll just keep on deleting them.
Requesting Games-
When requesting a game be specific on what you want us to put. Want a Thread, review, cheats? Tell us or it will be overlooked or only a thread will be made. Do not make a thread about a game without asking us or unless you are 100% sure that thre isn't already a thread about it.
Doule Posting-
Please don't, I don't mind it, well, Ido cuz if I didn't this wouldn't be a rule but back to the point. Don't double post very much, it's not a real big deal, it just bugs me. The Moderators and Admins may double post but theywill only double post when they need to. Overall, just try not to do it, no real penalty for this, you'll just get a slap on the wrist if you do it to much.
Posting Off Topic-
Don't. Not much else to say than that. Try and keep to the topic. Unless it's in the "Whatever" Forum. then it might be accepted becase well....yeah. Anywhere else and I'll just delete it, no penalty other than your post going bye-bye and losing a post to your count.(because your post was deleted)
Game Cheats Submisions-
When Submiting a cheat for a game, you must remember to make sure that the cheat works. Don't make up cheats just to make people mad or you'll be banned from posting cheats for a while. And we will know wherther it's a valid cheat. We always know, were always watching you...always watching. O.=
and we will definetly know if it's anything like this.
"Beat the game a grow 3 inches on your penis, don't have one? Well you do now!"
Violating these rules will cause you to lose your posting privlages for a short time possibly.
For more serious crimes your IP number will be banned.

Zero, without him having MEgaman HQ this would never have happened. HE taught me how to use and do just about everything in the Control panel and he is a really good friend.
Soganatsu, because he's been helpful in making a few things. He made the Gamespire Roms Website and taught me how to make the homepage which hasn't been updated in months so forget it, it's dead. But his ROMS site has a bunch of sweet games on it you should check it out.
BulzeebtheShade, He's been so helpful and he's a really great friend. He's been helping me update the site this past week and he wanted to help the second he was appointed admin, and he's doing a damn good job to. Jackal_Man, has been very helpful also, although I had to promote him twice when he dempoted himself while searching the Admin Control Panel. He helped get rid of useless things, make request pages, and hell, he's pretty cool to, we are good friends.
R3GHt3, is so cool. he went through alot of trouble getting the frist mini and sub forums ready to go. Bulzeeb and I finished the job. He made that sweet header and some cool banner's for neoseeker. That't right, go to the Artwork Central and then in one of the forums, I think that they are in the "Art that you made(Duh.)" Thread in the Homemade art forum.
spyrofiro, don't know him to much but he helping when he can. I met him on R3GHt3's forums and...ya know, I don't know anything about him. HE is nice though. He tries to help all that he can.
