Lucky: I will be in soon. If anything comes up in the meantime, I'm on my cell. Okay. No word on Lulu.
Sam: Hey, look, maybe -- maybe that is a good thing.
Lucky: You know what? I appreciate your attempt at optimism.
Sam: Hey, excuse me, but clichés exist because often they are true, and maybe at this point, no news is good news. I mean, there wasn't a shootout or anything. That's good.
Lucky: That's a good point.
Sam: You know what a better point is. Once you go out those doors, your world is going to come crashing in, so until then, here I am.
[Knock on door]
Lucky: Are you expecting someone?
Elizabeth: Sam, it's Elizabeth. Are you home?
Sonny: I didn't expect to see you again so soon. Have a seat.
Karpov: I woke up to some rather disturbing news.
Karpov: My representative, Sasha, informed me that your meeting last night came to an abrupt end, specifically because you chose to intervene in an argument between Anthony Zacchara and his daughter. I'm sure you can understand why this concerns me greatly.
Carly: This is getting ridiculous. Three arrests in 48 hours? It's got to be some kind of a record.
Jason: Diane's handling it right now.
Carly: Oh, but still. Are the police that unimaginative they can't come up with something else to do than arrest you every time something goes wrong in this town? We can't sit still with this, Jason. It's ridiculous.
Jason: It's -- no, Carly, don't do anything.
Carly: You bet I'm going to do something, starting with getting you out of here. Then you're going to help me find Lulu, and we're going to bring her home.
Jason: Okay, the whole Lulu situation is a lot more complicated than you think.
Carly: I know what's going on with Lulu. Lulu's nobody's hostage, least of all Johnny’s. And this whole jailbreak thing is a product of her fevered little mind.
Logan: All you care about is Johnny. You don't give a damn about me.
Johnny: Shh, shh.
Sam: Just a minute. I'll be right there, Elizabeth. What is she doing?
Lucky: I don't know, but I guess we're about to find out.
Sam: You have to get out of sight.
Lucky: Listen, just don't let anything slip about the counterfeit drug raid --
Sam: I know. Go!
Lucky: I don't want Elizabeth involved.
Sam: I know. Hold on.
Elizabeth: Hey, hi.
Sam: Oh, hi. Come on in.
Elizabeth: Did I wake you?
Sam: No, no, not at all.
Elizabeth: I know I should have called first. I do have an excuse, if you want to hear it.
Sam: Oh, okay.
Elizabeth: I followed an impulse, and you can tell me to shut up if you think it's none of my business.
Sam: Oh, now I'm really curious.
Elizabeth: Okay, well, I'm sure you know that Lulu has disappeared, and whether she's really a hostage or just following the man she loves, I couldn't say, but either way, Lucky is terrified for his sister. And since the two of you aren't together anymore, he doesn't have anybody to help him, you know, with his fear, so I was hoping that maybe I could convince you to be that person again.
Sonny: I agreed to this quasi partnership with you because you present an attractive offer. In return for specific information on how Port Charles operates, you pay me a lot of money. But not nearly enough for you to police my life or question my associates. Now, look, if you got a problem with that, then we can end this right now. We could just walk away, no harm done.
Karpov: I have every intention of making our deal work, but I don't want unnecessary troubles with Zaccharas. You putting yourself into the middle of a domestic dispute between Anthony and Claudia is the very definition of trouble.
Sonny: For me, maybe. It had nothing to do with you.
Karpov: Guilt by association.
Sonny: You had -- you shouldn't even concern yourself, because Anthony Zacchara won't be a factor much longer.
Karpov: What makes you say so?
Sonny: His son is a fugitive, and he's making wrong decisions because he's in love. Right now, he's on the run with his girlfriend, and it is a good chance his pattern's going to hold up. He's going to do something stupid, because he's not very bright, and the cops have orders to use excessive force, so what's going to end up happening is Johnny's going to get himself killed, and his father Anthony is going to fall right over a cliff into madness.
Jason: Okay, Carly, now I need you to listen to me, because the worst thing you can do for Lulu is come up with some plan that doesn't have a chance of working. It's going to make everything worse.
Carly: That's nice. That's great, thanks.
Jason: I'm not -- I'm not trying to hurt you. I'm not trying to fight you. I will -- I will be glad to tell you everything I know, but I need you to promise me you're not going to do anything. How many times have we been down this road?
Carly: Why did you get to decide? Lulu's my cousin.
Jason: Because it's my life. It's the one I chose. I know what I'm talking about.
Jason: Okay, you know what? Maybe I should come at it from a Carly direction. Do you think I would ever do anything to hurt Lulu?
Carly: No. I trust you, Jason. You know that.
Jason: Hey, that's good. That's -- that's progress.
Carly: Great. I got a big problem with going home and sitting quiet in my room when Lulu's life is on the line.
Johnny: Whoever cleaned this place out must have gotten rid of all the food in the kitchen. We're going to have to go out at some point for some supplies.
Lulu: What? We can’t.
Johnny: Lulu, we have to eat.
Lulu: We're fugitives, remember? We're not some romantic couple on a holiday in New York. We're -- go out? That's asking to get caught.
Johnny: Well, I'm willing to risk being arrested or being involved in a nice shootout for a strong cup of coffee.
Lulu: You're making jokes?
Johnny: Guess not. Sorry.
Lulu: No, I'm sorry. Just because I'm freaking out doesn't give me the right to jump all over you.
Johnny: No, you're right. We're fugitives, and if you're uptight, you have every right to be.
Lulu: It's not so much being on the run. It's Logan. I can't get him out of my head. He said I would never get over him, and I'm starting to see what he meant.
Tracy: Thank you for meeting me.
Nikolas: I take it this is about Lulu.
Tracy: Instinct told me to check my father's gun cabinet, and there is a handgun missing. I believe that Lulu took it to Johnny and that this whole jailbreak thing was her idea.
Nikolas: Yeah, I wish I could say I'm shocked, but --
Tracy: Big news -- this isn't Lulu having first sex at the boathouse. She's putting her life in the hands of a very dangerous criminal who is reckless on a good day, and I can't reach Luke. Do you know where he is?
Scott: Well, I was hoping that I could answer that for you. Me and my beautiful daughter Serena’s down at the Bahamas, you know, and I know that Luke’s been on one of his skin-diving trips. However, we didn't go into any rummy bars or bordellos.
Tracy: How long have you been back?
Scott: About 20 minutes or so. Why?
Nikolas: You haven't checked any messages?
Scott: Well, you know, it's hard to check messages when you're in 60 feet of water down there diving, you know. Why? Something happen?
Tracy: I hate to be the one to tell you this, Scott. It's about Logan.
Scott: What has the kid done this time?
Nikolas: He's dead, Scott.
Sam: I am not really sure what to say. I never really expected you to be encouraging me back to Lucky.
Elizabeth: Yeah, well, I'm a little surprised myself, but in my eyes, the breakup wasn't really fair, because no Matter what you thought, you saw that day, Lucky and I are not romantically involved. We're parents together, and that's it.
Sam: Yeah, well, maybe that's what you think, and that's probably what Lucky inks, too, but I am an invested observer, and I can clearly see that the two of you are connected on a deeper level. I -- I'm in -- I'm in actually no rush to get my heart handed back to me again. I -- I'm not really good. I think the whole town really knows what a bad reaction I have, and I really don't want to put myself through that again.
Elizabeth: I can understand wanting to protect your heart, but sometimes it's just not necessary. Sometimes, you can find a guy who will recognize your heart as the precious gift it is and honor and respect it, a guy like Lucky.
Sam: Wow, you haven't always felt that way.
Elizabeth: Well, Lucky and I have had our problems, but we've both learned from them. But just don't give up on him. That's all I came here to say.
Sam: Thank you.
Sam: You know, it's weird. Now that I'm getting to know Elizabeth a little bit, I'm actually finding ways to respect her, like the way she genuinely cares about you.
Karpov: I made contact with the congressman you recommended. I'm anticipating a mutually beneficial relationship.
Sonny: Good, good, I'm glad to hear that. And I'll contact Sasha about any transportation routes. Anything else?
Karpov: Oh, now that you mention it, I'd appreciate it if you'd arrange an introduction to Jason Morgan.
Karpov: Well, I find it productive to meet face-to-face.
Sonny: Okay, you don't have to -- you don't have to meet face -- you're not going to have any dealings with Jason at all. You're not going to compete with him, infringe on him in any way. That was our deal.
Karpov: Well, if my meeting with Jason makes you uncomfortable, consider the request withdrawn.
Sonny: That'll work. Max, show our guest out.
Karpov: It's been a pleasure, Mr. Corinthos.
Max: Okay, I've got to say it. This was a terrible idea to begin with, and it's getting worse by the minute.
Anthony: Wait in the hall for me.
Claudia: Or you might want to wait outside. That way you'll be closer to the clean-up in case I decide to throw my father off the balcony.
Anthony: Have you ever noticed that all this family talks about is violence? Why is that, Claudia? I mean, there are plenty of other things to discuss. How about this weather we're having? No, seriously, there's politics. I mean, there's a potentially historical presidential race going on as we speak. But you put two Zaccharas in a room, and it's always about the violence or the hatred or the striking out. Hurt first, the Zacchara way.
Claudia: What's your point?
Anthony: I lost my temper last night, said horrible things. I came to tell you I'm sorry.
[Knock on door]
Spinelli: Oh, Maximista, a true sight for sore eyes.
Maxie: I brought fortifications.
Spinelli: Okay, the Jackal is much obliged and grateful for your consideration. Did you pass a restful night, despite the interloping presence of Dr. Hunter in your previously sacrosanct domicile?
Maxie: I didn't see him. He must have gotten back after I went to sleep last night and left before I woke up, which works out perfectly, because if I never have to see that self-involved jerk again, it would be way too soon. I mean, I can't believe Robin rented out that room. She doesn't even live there.
Spinelli: Well, I'm sure the expectant one's intentions were honorable.
Maxie: Whatever, I'm not even really worried about that. I'm more concerned about finding Johnny and Lulu. Any leads?
Spinelli: The Jackal regrets to report that despite countless hours of video culling from the area where the mayor's car was found, no clues to the whereabouts of the fugitive ones has surfaced.
Maxie: You could have just said no. But maybe you missed something. I'll take a look.
Spinelli: While the Jackal is always pleased to have Maximista's assistance. He fears that the fugitive ones may prove untraceable.
Jason: We both want the same thing. We want Lulu back safe, facing minimal fallout. I need you to trust me to make that happen.
Carly: Okay, but I don't like being managed, Jason.
Jason: Well, don't -- don't make me manage you, okay? I'm going to let you in when the time is right, but now things are too volatile. Johnny and Lulu, they're scared. They're nervous. These guys right here are so embarrassed, they're trigger-happy. This is not a good situation right now, Carly.
Carly: Okay, I get it. I get it. You will fill me in on everything.
Jason: Yes, I'm -- I'm going to tell you everything.
Carly: I'll stay out of it. For now.
Jason: Okay, first thing you need to know -- Johnny did not kill Logan. Lulu did.
Carly: Are you sure about that?
Jason: Yeah, I am.
Carly: How do you know?
Jason: Spinelli told me, and Lulu confessed.
Carly: It had to be self-defense, Jason.
Jason: Logan broke into Johnny's apartment with an ax. He came after Lulu. She panicked. She was scared, obviously. She stabbed him. Johnny walked in. Logan was dead. That's when the cover-up started.
Carly: How long have you known about this?
Jason: I don't -- a day or so after it happened.
Carly: Oh, my God. And I'm just finding out about it now?
Jason: You know what? Lulu told me not to say anything. I need you to trust me right now, Carly.
Carly: Let me tell you something. If Lulu trusted you, she wouldn't have broken Johnny out of lockup.
Sonny: Max, I appreciate, you know, leaving Jason to come work for me, but I didn't hire you as a consultant or a shrink. You're my bodyguard, the same as it's always been. You don't get to tell me how to conduct my business.
Max: Part of being a bodyguard is anticipating a problem. Now, Karpov is a heavy hitter. The guy is a straight-up criminal.
Sonny: Yes, so what?
Max: Well, so a couple of things. You swore to Kate that you were out of the business. Now you're going around aligning yourself with the Karpovs behind her back. Mr. C., you are a smart man.
Max: You must know that you're putting yourself in a situation that could blow up in your face. Now, if I didn't know better, I'd think that you were in that deliberately self-sabotaging mode that you disappear into.
Sonny: I know exactly what I'm doing, Max. You don't say a word to Kate, and no one has to worry about anything. Excuse me.
Max: I -- I hope not.
Sonny: You really think Jason would rise up against me?
Max: You tell me. If you were in charge, if you had taken over for someone who swore they were out clean and then they turned around and they made an alliance with one of your competitors, what would you do? There are faster ways to commit suicide than waving a red flag in front of Jason.
Sonny: How come you're not assuming that I'm -- I'm helping him instead of betraying him?
Max: I never said betray.
Sonny: Well, you implied it, Max.
Max: Things have been tense between you and Jason ever since Michael got hurt. Now you're helping Karpovs move in on his territory.
Sonny: I'm working with Karpov to keep him out of Jason's way. I'm helping Karpov so he leaves Jason alone. That's not betrayal. That's protection.
Carly: This is really bad. I mean, I think Lulu is more fragile than we realized. Her biggest fear is looking in the mirror one day and realizing she's lived her mother's life. How do we know that hasn't already happened?
Jason: What do you mean?
Carly: What if Logan raped Lulu? Luke raped Laura, and then Laura turned around and killed her stepfather, a man she loved. I mean, not the same way Lulu loved Logan, but man, you've got to admit, the parallels are pretty scary. I'm sure Lulu is freaking out right now. She probably sees herself a few years down the road, sitting in some mental ward. I don't know, maybe I could have helped her if I knew. I just feel --
Jason: I'm sorry if I -- if I handled it wrong. I just reacted, you know –
Carly: No, it's not your fault. I'm not saying that. I'm just -- I'm really afraid for my cousin. I think Lulu's nightmare has just begun.
Scott: Listen, I want Commissioner Scorpio to meet me down at the police station. I want a detailed report of what happened to my son, how he was killed, and I -- and I want to know what the department is doing about finding his killer. Goodbye.
Tracy: Scott, I'm very sorry for your loss.
Scott: Oh, come on, Sam. You hated Logan. You always looked down your society snout at him. He was never good enough for Lulu. You tried to get him out of town many times. Maybe you decided to get rid of him for good.
Tracy: Are you serious?
Scott: You're capable of that, Tracy. You're capable of anything. Maybe you made a deal with Johnny to get him out of Lulu's life permanently, huh?
Nikolas: Hey, settle down. All right, your son was just killed. Just let it settle before you start making accusations you can't back up.
Scott: You people treated Logan like something you'd scrape off your penny loafer. I wasn't there for him in this life, but I'm stepping up now. He was a human being. He was my son, dammit, and I'm going to find out who killed him, and they are going to pay. You got that?
Johnny: I can handle a little trip to the store, Lulu.
Lulu: You are the one that's supposed to be armed and dangerous. Your face is the one that is probably plastered all over the newspapers and the news. I can be anonymous.
Johnny: Yeah, not with that mug.
Lulu: Flattery will get you anything you want.
Johnny: Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for.
Lulu: Seriously, I'll go out, and I'll get a -- a hat and sunglasses, and no one will even notice me.
Johnny: You have been through enough.
Lulu: I had a nightmare, big whoop.
Johnny: Yeah, it is a big whoop. Look, it just reaffirms what you said, that you're drowning in guilt over Logan.
Lulu: It was a nightmare. I've had them before. I probably will have them again, but it doesn't make me helpless.
Johnny: Do you plan on always being this stubborn?
Lulu: What you see is pretty much what you get.
Johnny: Then you'll need some cash.
Lulu: Wow. Let me just take a second to congratulate myself. When you bust a guy out of jail, it really helps when he is equipped with tons of cash, a getaway car, and a preplanned getaway bag.
Johnny: Well, I aim to please.
Lulu: Any special requests?
Johnny: Yeah, one.
Johnny: Be safe. And chips and salsa.
Lulu: Oh, you got it.
Anthony: I got to tell you, it took me by surprise the way Sonny rushed to your defense like some black knight in tarnished armor. Last I knew, you were supposed to have despised each other.
Claudia: Well, maybe even Sonny has his limits. Maybe he didn't think it was appropriate, you know, for a father to be screaming at his daughter in the middle of a crowded restaurant about how he wished he drowned her when she was a baby.
Anthony: You know I didn't mean that.
Claudia: No, I really don’t.
Anthony: If that's true, it breaks my heart. We haven't been good to each other, Claudia. That's your mother's fault. It is. She turned you against me, and I couldn't trust you after that. She tried to make you over into her own selfish image, and she succeeded too well. You got greedy. You got hungry for more power than any woman should ever have. I regret that. I regret what's between us. I wish we could have been closer. But things are what they are. That hunger for power makes you dangerous to John. I can't let that stand.
Johnny: Can you talk?
Claudia: Um, I would love to talk to you, but it is really not the best time right now.
Johnny: Dad's there?
Claudia: Yeah, something like that.
Johnny: All right, I understand. I just want you to know I am safe.
Claudia: All right.
Johnny: I'll be in touch.
Anthony: That was John, wasn't it?
Claudia: Uh, no, actually that was Sonny. He just called to make sure I was safe.
Anthony: Aww, I'm touched.
Claudia: Oh, yeah, right. You know, I am starting to see Sonny in a whole new light, daddy. Maybe I should go after him after all. I mean, you know how us power-hungry women are. Got to have that access.
Anthony: Don't waste your time. Sonny retired. He cut his own power off at the knees. You'll need a better ally than Corinthos to protect you.
Claudia: Oh, yeah? So I need protection now? So much for your apology.
Anthony: Believe it or not, Claudia, I love you -- in my own way. But I got to be honest. I love your brother more. I want him back. Every hair in place. If that does not happen, the finger of blame will point directly at you.
Carly: How long until you're out of here?
Jason: I have no idea. The cops are convinced I am in on this. They think I have the gun in here somehow.
Carly: It had to be Lulu.
Jason: Yeah, I think so, too. It's a page right out of your book, Carly.
Carly: It is, isn't it? If I weren't so worried about her, I would be proud.
Jason: Oh, you should be worried. She's in way over her head right now.
Carly: How do we help her?
Jason: I've got to get to them first. The good news is, Johnny ditched the cops. They have no leads.
Carly: Just when you think things can't get worse. Enter Scott Baldwin.
Scott: Security around Johnny Zacchara. And what was Lulu, the motive for my son's murder, doing in there in the first place?
Mac: There was no reason to keep her out, Scotty.
Scott: You don't think so?
Lucky: Listen with all due respect, my sister was a victim, too. She was taken hostage at gunpoint.
Scott: Oh, come on, Spencer, if you believe that, you're going to be back writing parking tickets. Your sister is up to her neck in this.
Tracy: Scott Baldwin does not make it easy to feel sorry for him.
Nikolas: No. Well, I certainly don't have any use for him, even less for Logan, but he was Scott's son. He's entitled to be upset that he died.
Tracy: It's how he chooses to express that grief that concerns me. It's history repeating itself. Logan falls in love with a beautiful blonde who loves him back until the dangerous rogue shows up. Except this time, somebody dies. And once again, Luke Spencer is nowhere to be found.
[Knock at door]
Sal: Hey, Joe. It's Sal. You home?
Johnny: Hey, come in. This must be your sister.
Sal: Yes, it is
Lourdes: Hi, I'm Lourdes.
Johnny: Hi, Joe carpenter. Nice to meet you.
Sal: You know, Joe used to be a student of Professor Siegel's back in the day. He was pretty good.
Lourdes: Oh. I'll be honest. I wasn't too happy about my brother forcing a piano teacher on me that I did not know. But now that I know you learned from the master, I'm all over it.
Sal: All right, well, listen, I'll let you guys get to your lesson. And you behave, okay, mija?
Lourdes: So, what are you prepared to teach me?
Diane: Sonny around?
Max: I expect him back soon.
Diane: Why are you so nervous?
Max: Me? I'm not nervous. Just happy to see you. You're not around here as much as you are at the coffee house.
Diane: Well, my business is mostly with Jason these days. You miss the action?
Max: Oh, you know, a little bit. But I'm glad to be back with Mr. C. He needs me like you wouldn't believe.
Diane: Why is that? Oh, he's just not thinking so clearly lately.
Diane: Care to be more specific?
Max: It's nothing I should be hypothetically discussing.
Diane: Okay. Well, then, I tell you what. Why don't you listen while I float a theory? Last night Sonny is at the Metro Court having drinks with an attractive, mysterious blonde. And then suddenly, here you are, fiddling with your tie, looking at the mail upside down, sweating. Which tells me everything I need to know. Hypothetically speaking.
Maxie: Are you okay? You're acting a little weird. Have you literally been staring at this computer all night?
Spinelli: Sleep is a luxury the Jackal can't afford. I must track the wanted ones before the forces of law and order Bonnie and Clyde them.
Maxie: Ooh. I know who they are. You might think that I don't, but Bonnie and Clyde, that's one of Mac’s favorite movies.
Spinelli: Yeah, it's a classic film from an era of massive change. I mean, not only in the way that movies and music were made but the way that we, the universal we, you know, perceive ourselves and each other, civil rights, women's lib, political upheaval, sex, drugs, rock and roll.
Maxie: You're starting to babble. I think that maybe we should take a small break. A little rest on the couch.
Spinelli: You know, it warms the Jackal's heart that Maximista is caring for his well-being.
Maxie: Of course I care about you, Spinelli, I'm like, tuned in to you. That's how I know something is wrong.
Spinelli: I mean, nothing's really wrong. Well, in fact, everything's wrong. The original blonde one killed the crabby commando and is now on the run with the mob prince. Stone Cold is being unfairly incarcerated. The irony, of course, being that this is the one crime he's been accused of he actually didn't commit, and now to make matters worse, you and I succumb to our baser instincts and now -- now the Jackal fears that you'll find it painful or embarrassing to remember and therefore will seek to place distance between us and that would distress the Jackal greatly, because I have come to depend on and look forward to my encounters with the beautiful Maximista.
Maxie: Spinelli. You're so sweet. And don't worry. Our night of sex has already been forgotten. Anyway, I need to go. You definitely need to take a nap.
Spinelli: Wait, wait, you're leaving?
Maxie: Yeah, I should get to the office before Kate does or I can kiss my job goodbye. But just let me know. Call me if you hear anything about Johnny or Lulu, okay?
Lourdes: I can't get the proper placement.
Johnny: I'm sure you can. Come on. Okay. Okay. Okay, now try it on your own. Good. Excellent.
Lourdes: You know, you're an awesome teacher.
Johnny: I'm nothing compared to Professor Siegel. I'll tell you that.
Lourdes: I think you're better than him any day of the week. I mean, no offense to the dead or anything.
Johnny: This is your first lesson. You'll change your tune soon enough.
Lourdes: No. Hey, can I ask you a personal question?
Lulu: I was going to get everything frozen.
Johnny: This is Lourdes, my very talented new piano student. Lourdes, this is Linda, my girlfriend.
Johnny: Everything go okay?
Lulu: Everything went fine.
Lucky: I don't appreciate your implication.
Scott: Who's implying? I'm saying it straight out. Jailbreak. Tried and true Spencer method. Now, Lulu is a Spencer through and through, and so are you, for that matter. Hell, you might have known what was going on. You probably helped facilitate it.
Mac: You'd better watch it, Baldwin. You're making a serious accusation about one of my best officers.
Scott: And you might even be mixed in it, too, Mac. You hated Logan. He slept with your daughter. Even though it was some game that she cooked up.
Lucky: Wait, you're starting to sound paranoid.
Scott: Yeah, well, maybe Logan should have been a little more paranoid. He might not be dead right now. But he is. And he's my son. My only son. Nobody gives a damn but me. So I am putting everybody on notice now. The police department, the D.A.’s office, and the mayor. No one will get one minute of sleep until my son's killer is brought to justice.
Jason: Diane is going to get the release, that’s why I pay her a lot of money. The best thing you can do for Lulu is just be easy for her to find, okay? And if she contacts you --
Carly: I will call you. I promise. You take care.
Lucky: You better be here to offer information on where your brother took my sister.
Diane: Is Sonny cheating on Kate with Sasha?
Max: Oh, if only.
Diane: You want Sonny to cheat on his fiancée and break her heart.
Max: Of course not. Look, Miss Howard is nice lady. I know how much you like her. I'm just saying being unfaithful to Kate would a lot less dangerous than --
Diane: Than what, Max?
Max: It's better if you don't know. After all, you work for Jason, too.
Diane: What does Jason have to do with Sonny meeting Sasha?
Max: Nothing. Please, Diane, you're going to have to leave this one alone.
Diane: You know, I got the sense that she was a professional of some sort. That she was perhaps even an attorney. So if she is meeting Sonny on behalf of a client --
Max: Andrei Karpov. He's a heavy hitter from Russia. He's moving his organization in here to Port Charles.
Diane: That explains why Sonny was looking so uncomfortable. I caught him mid-negotiation with one of Jason's enemies.
Max: The boss doesn't see it that way.
Diane: I'm pretty good at linear thought, Max. It has served me well. And if I connect these dots properly, Sonny's about to enter into some sort of business arrangement with one of Jason's direct competitors.
Max: Warning. We are now entering the inter-dynamics of the organization. The part that you never wanted to know about. You'll be a lot happier if you keep it that way.
Diane: This is -- this is insanity. Why would Sonny goad him, practically --
Sonny: Goad who, Diane? And what are you doing interrogating my employee? Why don't -- if you got something to say, say it to me.
Diane: Fine. Why have you suddenly decided to join forces with Jason's enemies? Death wish much?
Maxie: Thank you guys. I'll see you later.
Scott: Hello, Maxie.
Maxie: Scott, you're back.
Scott: Yeah, just in time to find out that my son was murdered by Johnny Zacchara because of Lulu.
Maxie: I'm really sorry about what happened to Logan.
Scott: I want more than just sorry. You're right in the middle of this. You're the link between Lulu and Logan.
Maxie: What makes you say that?
Scott: Because you slept with him to get over on Lulu. You know, that silly little bet that you had? Now you and Lulu work together. And you're a nosy little thing, so I know you know what happened to Logan and I want you to tell me. Step by step.
Claudia: I haven't heard from John. Okay? I don't know where he is. But I am willing to talk to anyone who will listen and tell them Johnny is completely innocent of all these ridiculous murder charges.
Lucky: Well, I can't quite say the same thing about the kidnapping of my sister.
Claudia: Are we done here?
Lucky: Why? Jason claims he had nothing to do with Johnny's escape.
Claudia: Everything I do is not about John. I happen to like Jason, okay? He's a very powerful man who's in a position to do me a lot of good. And I am hoping to take advantage of his isolation. You know, get him when he's vulnerable. Ingratiate myself. So that when he gets out of here, he's going to want to get me in bed --
Lucky: Okay, okay, you know what, I'm not -- that's too much information.
Claudia: Okay, thank you…
Claudia: Just so you know, I told Lucky Spencer that I was here to seduce you.
Jason: Why would you do that?
Claudia: Because I didn't want to tell him that I'd heard from John.
Lulu: The kitchen is up and running.
Johnny: Oh, great. Time's up. But good job on our first lesson.
Lourdes: You really think so?
Johnny: Eh -- no, you got potential.
Lourdes: You know, it really helps to be inspired. I really look forward to learning from you and --
Johnny: Good. See you next time.
Lourdes: All right, uh -- bye.
Lulu: So. How do you like the new outfit?
Johnny: I like.
Lulu: You like?
Johnny: I like even more if you got chips and salsa.
Lulu: I knew I forgot something.
Johnny: Now tell me you're joking. Tell me you're joking.
Lulu: How do you propose to thank me if I remembered?
Johnny: I might stop.
Lulu: Stop what?
[Knock at door]
Carly: Hey. Are you alone?
Carly: Okay, great. I just came from Jason and he told me everything.
Spinelli: Uh, can the Valkyrie be more specific?
Carly: I know Lulu killed Logan and Johnny's covering for her. I know you're looking for them. Have you had any luck?
Spinelli: Unfortunately, not a clue.
Carly: Okay, I'm going to help you.
Spinelli: Oh. Well, the Jackal would be most appreciative of the fearsome one's input.
Carly: Well, the best way to keep Johnny and Lulu safe is to get rid of these murder charges hanging over Johnny's head. So the first thing we need to do is prove Johnny's innocent. What?
Spinelli: What? I'm just shocked that you would wish to implicate Lulu in the simian's death.
Carly: That's not the plan here, Spinelli.
Spinelli: Okay, then, I'm sorry. What did I miss?
Carly: Okay. We're going to exonerate Johnny and Lulu the old-fashioned way. We're going to frame somebody else.
