Record of Docked Characters Characters here were once owned by users. If the user gives the say-so that character can be leased to another user. However, if a character's owner does not lease the character, then they can NOT be take by another user, even if its origonal owner does not return for several months. The only exception to this is if permission is granted by the head administrator, member number one, its site creator. Also characters canbe archived here for later useage.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
