Digimon: The Unchangeable Border, It may remain, but will we?

She listened silently to the other girl’s, Kay’s, explanation. She seemed nice enough, if a little talkative. But Sofia had always been better at listening than articulating her words.

“Kay and Ray,” Friximon raised one eyebrow. “How cute.” His voice was dry and Sofia resisted the urge to knee the little creature.

“Frix, hush. You’ll get yourself in trouble.” She frowned and he shot her a look, plaintively telling her alone that he was not sorry. She sighed, abandoning the campaign in favor of answering Wizardmon’s inquiry.

"How I got here? Well, to be honest, I'm not really sure. One minute I was working and the next, bang." Sofia clapped her hands together, emphasizing the onomatopoeia. "I find myself here in the forest, dozing under a tree." She shrugged, self consciously fiddling with her hair.

“As for this thing,” She waved the device, which beeped in some form of protest. “I was working at my latest site and found it underneath a tile. You know, ceramics on the floor?” She paused, glancing at Frixi for approval. He was busy surveying Kay and Ray, his attention drawn elsewhere. “It looked more, er, grey when I found it. It’s different now.” She indicated the aqua-colored grip along the side. “More, how would you say… New? Fresh?” She snapped her fingers, searching her vocabulary.

“Modern.” Frixi substituted without looking up.

“Yes, modern. It looks much more modern now. As for if it brought me here,” She paused, examining the device. “I saw a bright light and then nothing.” She looked around at the trees awkwardly. “I apologize for not knowing more.” She scuffed her flats in the dirt, not caring that the light blue surface was now marred.

“What about you? You said you’ve been here before, that other people lived here… Where exactly is here?” She asked Lieya with a frown, sliding the digivice back into her pocket.

Wizardmon was silent as he listened to the two girl's explanations, nodding a few times as he held his hand to his hidden chin. "Well, what do you make of it?" Lieya asked, though she was only answered by more silence. All the humans appearing, after they had been gone for so long, and with Digivices none the less! Was something about to happen? He sure hoped not. The Digital World didn't need another disaster. They've had enough in their history, if Wizardmon did say so himself, and he did. The Wizardmon then looked up to his own partner, his arms dropping loosely down to his sides. "Lieya, tell me again, where did you get your Digivice?" He asked.

Lieya let her gaze fall way of into the distance, into space, as she tried to think of an answer to Wizardmon's question. Where -had- she gotten it? "Oh yeah!" She looked back down to Wizardmon, "Before I showed up here, I was living with a man, and one day I found the device on my desk. I thought it was from him." She paused, the story being somewhat fuzzy in her own mind. What exactly had happened? "Hm, then, there was a lot of beeping, and then I fell asleep." A pause came once again and her attention fell to Sofia and Kay, not Wizardmon. "And when I woke up, I saw him." She pointing to Wizardmon with her thumb. "In my face." She soon gave a small chuckle, remember the instance. "Though, he was a giant candle back then."

Wizardmon gave a grumble, once more crossing his arms over his chest. He couldn't help what he was! Even though, seeing a giant talking candle was kind of funny. In fact, he was somewhat grateful Lieya had helped him Digivolve, hopping around with a candle holder for legs was not exactly fun. It was more of the opposite of fun. It was difficult, slow and extremely time consuming. "I was only there because I was worried about you. I mean, its not every day you see some girl fall from the sky!" The Digimon exclaimed, throwing his hands upwards. "Its a good thing I was the one to find you too, the others in the village wanted to get rid of you, until they saw your Digivice. So..." With a bit of a pause, Wizardmon turned towards Lieya swiftly. "You owe me!"

A look of shock crossed Lieya's face as her attention fell to her shorter companion, and her look of shock was soon replaced by a slightly angered expression. "Owe you!? I don't owe you anything! If anything, you owe me! All those times I cooked for you, cleaned, not to meantion, if it weren't for me, you would of been kicked out of the village by now!" Lieya began to poke Wizardmon's in the center of his chest. "And if it weren't for me, you would see be hopping around as a Candlemon! So who owe's who?" A long, akward silence came from the short humaniod Digimon, and he soon hung his head, obviously defeated.

“What about you? You said you’ve been here before, that other people lived here… Where exactly is here?”

Lieya's smug look faded with Sofia's question as she turned her attention to the older girl. "Well, I've been here for..almost two years now." Lieya admitted, scratching the back of her neck. "I never did figure out how to get back to my old home. But.." She paused, her arms dropping down to her side. "This forest surrounds Lyimora Village, its only about a quarter of a kilometer from here, we could take you guys there." Lieya stated, pointing back down the path they had came from.

"I can't assure you that you'll find much of a place to stay, but I'm sure we can put something together. Right, Wiz?"

Once more a low set grumble came from the wizard.

Kay felt like sticking her tongue out at the little Digimon that was making fun of her and Ray, how dare he. Kay listened to the conversation of where there digivices were form and how they got there’s and Lieya and Wizardmon small fight, which made Kay giggle, even though the small little fox was watching her and her partner instantly. Kay also learned that the one girl was here for 2 years.

"I can't assure you that you'll find much of a place to stay, but I'm sure we can put something together. Right, Wiz?" said the girl who was named Lieya, her partner grumbled and Kay smiled, she looked at her own littler partner and they both giggled at the unhappy Digimon.

"Does it look like I can go there?!" Lisa cried from Adrian's digivice, "I'm a normal, digivice-less human! I'm also the one covering for a certain delinquent!" Lisa screamed and Adrian shrugged sheepishly.

"You have no idea how much I appreciate it, Lisa," Adrian answered and Lisa huffed.

"Yeah, well, I still can't get to digi-land without a digivice! I still don't see why you won't let me take the thing apart-"

"Are you mad women!?" Tokiemon demanded, interrupting Lisa, "The digivice is of technology far superior to the kind you are used to. If you were to take the device apart, you would not be able to put it back together! Then we'd all be stuck in that poor excuse for a world!"

"Oi! Watch your mouth snakie," Lisa cried, "I happen to like earth! With all its junk food and random-"

"Junk," Tokiemon finished. "Exactly, your world, is-" Before the digimon could finish his sentence, however, Adrian had clamped his hands around Tokiemon's mouth, preventing the digimon from speaking another word.

"Please forgive Tokiemon, again, Miss Callisto," Adrian grumbled, still struggling with Tokiemon, who was trying to speak.

"Wait, what? Forgive him?" Lisa asked, "Nah, don't bother, Silvie, Tokiemon'll just insult you, and me, and Adrie again. He doesn't like humans, as I'm sure you've noticed."

"Yes, well," Adrian finally continued, "you have yet to tell us what is going on in this world. So far, I have gathered that those spider digimon are causing you a lot of trouble and there is a perfect level digimon who is...in charge? Of sorts? What is the exact situation?"

"Sorry; thought you might not've been able to come because of family issues or something else," Silvia appologized. "My bad."

Everyone turned at the sound of Adrian's reminder. Lillymon's expression seemed to darken slightly, and it definately wasn't a very common sight.

"Oh, it's not just them. Heck, they're only part of the problem," said the perfect-level. "When I get my hands on that damn virus, I'm gonna--!"

"Lillymon!" scolded Prariemon. "Manners! The Harmonious Ones are here after all!"

"As much as we would wish it to be otherwise, Lillymon has a point. Archemon and her Dokugumon gang are one of our main priorities, but not on a very high level. The problem here is Demon," informed Ebonwumon.

"Demon's beyond Perfect level...he's an Ultimate," Silvia informed. "He's the reason why there's been so much trouble here for the past...what, thirteen Digi-years?" She turned to Platnimon, who nodded in response. "Thought so." She focused her attention back on Adrian and Tokiemon as Zhuqiaomon spoke up next.

"Demon has apparently survived since the Fire Wars durring the first ages of the Digital World, before it was united," informed the fire-bird. "We don't know precisely what he's planning, but he has forged treaties with many virus-type Digimon villages across this Digital World, creating the Virus Alliance. We've been trying to gather as much information as we could, but anyone who even attempts nearing the stronghold is either deleted or barely escapes with their life."

"That's how we lost Mihiramon..." Renamon mumbled, turning away as she closed her eyes.

"What we do know is that Archnemon is one of his six generals, and that her Dokugumon gang is part of her special forces. As for the other five, we know nothing of them," Baihumon noted.

"Demon will most likely have found out of the Digital World that you two are familiar with. Whether or not he concentrates on his crusade to rule this one first without having to fight a war on two fronts still remains up in the air," added Qinglongmon. "We would like you to keep an eye out for any strange happenings in your Digital World, and probably even its corresponding Human World, as odd occurences like a sudden power-outage that isn't electrical related in a building tends to draw Silvia's attention."

"When said building was one of the research facilities Windstorm Labs! Do you realize how cold it gets there without power, not counting the constant rain that's outside!?" Silvia asked. "I'm still surprised that I was able to find a nearby terminal that worked."

"And I remember hearing a lot of people screaming bloody murder from your end of the gate, Silvie," noted Lillymon. "I think I remember hearing someone shout 'We're all gonna die' or something like that..."

"It was a field trip, Lilly, one that I had to go on. Idiot jocks and dumb blonde preps and cheerleaders panicked. I think that was Prisilla that you heard."

Amber was completely bored she had eaten something for a Digimon restaurant of some kind and kicked out for being to loud. She was now walking in the forest with her partner, she was not in a good mood she hated being yelled at, but in side she was worried that there was something here, in the forest, watching her.

Adrian took a deep breath and nodded as he took in the information that was given to him. "I see...in that case...if these digimon were to cross over to our digital world..." He blinked, "Lisa, would they be able to affect the human world in any way?"

"Definately," both Tokiemon and Lisa answered at once.

"Digimon aren't like us humans," Lisa continued when Tokiemon remained silent. "Humans need a digivice to enter the digital world, especially since we're made of flesh and blood. Digimon, on the other hand, have some code encrypted in them that allows them to take up some form in the digital world. You won't let me disect Tokiemon so I dunno if digimon become flesh and blood as well or if they're all...robot-ie."

Adrian cracked a wry grin and Tokiemon snorted. "Now I remember why I never trusted you, crazy women."

"Hey!" Lisa protested before clearing her throat. "Anyways, if those crazed up digimon enter our digiworld, then we'll have a whole lot more crap to worry about."

"Wonderful," Tokiemon muttered, "Just what we need, more incoherent idiots who want us dead."

"Tokiemon," Adrian chastised and sighed. "Alright, Lillymon and...Silvia, was it? Tokiemon, Lisa and I would be more than willing to help-"

"We would?" Tokiemon asked lazily and Adrian glared.

"Yes, we would. I propose that we deal with Archnemon first. If we defeat one of the generals, then it is likely that the enemy will reveal more in an attempt to stop us. Furthermore, Lisa can do some research on the digimon in this world."

"I'm on it now," Lisa said. "I'll try to dig up some info on this...Demon, kay? I'll call you if I get anything. Bye!" And a small beeping noise later, Adrian digivice turned off and Adrian pocketed the device.

"Okay...now, Silvia, what is our first move?"

((AH! I did NOT notice that you posted until now! *suddenly feels very bad* Thank heaven it's Spring Vacation...))

"Presuming said 'incoherent idiots' decide to even cross over - I highly doubt that Demon's gonna become the heir to the throne of the kingdom of idiots and fight a war on twelve fronts*," informed Lillymon.

"Conscerning our first move, we should most likely handle the situation at hand," said Silvia. "We've been able to hold the defenses here in Silverdream Village and push Archnemon and her Dokugumon gang back before, but never so that they don't come back. If we finish her and the rest of her gang off for good, that might give the other villages a moralle boost and have Demon rethink his plans."

"Maybe some sort of trap?" suggested Platnimon. At the sound of this, Silvia smacked her forehead. There were times that her partner seemed to be a little bit dense in catching on to things...and this, unfortunately, had been one of them.

"Wasn't that ever more obvious!?"

"That would most likely be the best course of action," agreed Zhuqiaomon. "Renamon, Prariemon, scout ahead for Archnemon's gang. Ask for the Flymon's assistance, if need be. D'Arcmon, rally up the other Adult level Digimon and have them take their positions in the trees. Swanmon, gather up the remaining Child level and lower Digimon and make way for the catacombs."

"I'm afraid that if we don't return to our capitals soon, the other Digimon will start to panic," informed Ebonwumon. "They will also be notified of your presence here, Adrian, Tokiemon. We grant you free passage in our lands."

"If we lure Archnemon and her gang here to the center of the village, we can jump 'em," stated Silvia. "Hopefully, we'll be able to beat them for good this time, with your assistance." She turned to Adrian and Tokiemon at this point.

"You heard Lord Zhuqiaomon!" informed the nearby Swanmon. "Child-level and below, to the catacombs!"

"Warriors to the branches of the trees!" called out D'Arcmon. "We have a set of virus-types to defeat!"

"Good luck," said Lillymon, turning to Renamon and Prariemon. The two Digimon in question nodded, quickly dashing off into the forest from the way that the two Chosen, their partners, and Lillymon had arrived from. Silvia turned to Adrian at this point.

"Do you have any special ways to assist your partner? Cards, oversouls, crests, something like that?" she questioned. "My apologies if those sound really tacky..."

"True," Adrian agreed, "However, it is better safe than sorry. I would like to remedy this problem before this Demon decided to jump our digital realm. If that happens..." he sighed, "well, Lisa and I will have more on our hands than we would like, especially since we are still in school."

Ebonwumon cleared his throat and Adrian looked up at the palatial digimon. "I'm afraid that if we don't return to our capitals soon, the other Digimon will start to panic," he said. "They will also be notified of your presence here, Adrian, Tokiemon. We grant you free passage in our lands."

Adrian bowed in respect, "Thank you very much," he then turned to glare at Tokiemon, "at least now we won't be chased out."

Tokiemon hissed, "It's not my fault that they attacked."

Adrian rolled his eyes, "Yes, because you most certainly did not attempt to eat a baby level digimon!" his words were just dripping with sarcasm.

Tokiemon grinned lazily, "of course not, it was all a misunderstanding."

Adrian just rolled his eyes and turned back to Silvia, who just began speaking.

"If we lure Archnemon and her gang here to the center of the village, we can jump 'em," she began. "Hopefully, we'll be able to beat them for good this time, with your assistance."

Adrian nodded his approval, "An ambush, it is as good an idea as any. If Renamon and Prariemon can play the part of the decoys, Silvia, you, Platnimon, Tokiemon and I can stay here and ready a method of attack." He turned to Tokiemon, "You can digivolve at will now, correct?"

Tokiemon raised an eyebrow, "Yes..."

"Excellent, than digivolve. There is hardly any difference anyways," Adrian pulled out his digivice again as Tokiemon sighed. The digivice's screen glowed breifly, and moments later, Tokiemon was gone and in his place was a slightly longer black snake with larger, fluffier fins and tail.

"Silvia, meet Basilismon, my much...pooffier partner." Adrian grinned and Basilismon looked positively furious.

"Damn human, I swear, if you would just figure out how to digivolve me again than you won't be making jokes!" He sent a jet of acid at his partner, who jumped out of the way easily.

Adrian turned back to Silvia as Basilismon sulked, "Well, I do not have any special equipment other than my digivice. Although, if you would consider Lisa a 'special way to assist' Basilismon, than I suppose she counts."

Both Silvia and Platnimon found it hard to restrain themselves from laughing at Adrian's description of his partner's champion form. As a matter of fact, they both had to agree about that. However, the matter at hand quickly turned back to serious. Platnimon turned to the girl.

"I'll be evolving, too?" she asked. Silvia nodded, withdrawing a card. This one looked similar to the last one she had used, but that was only from looking at the pack. The girl placed the card in the slot, light flashing from the digivice as the data was scanned in.

"Kaado surashu! Evolution up!"

A dome of violet light and data surrounded the dragon-type Digimon for a few moments before it grew and burst. Platnimon's champion form now stood at near seven feet, with a wider wingspan, a helmet making the upper part of her face but allowing the eyes to be seen, and blades on the sides of her arms and on either side of her tail. The flame that had been on the end of her tail had also doubled in size.

"Well, Adrian, it's my pleasure to introduce you to Wyvernmon," informed the girl.

"Why is it that 'bright and shiny vengeance' keeps popping in my head whenever I see her that way?" asked Lillymon.

"Probably the shine from the armor..." mumbled Wyvernmon. Her voice had changed, but not by much - it now sounded a bit older, as if it was someone near twenty talking. "Well, you two need to get up to higher ground; they should be coming any minute."

Silvia nodded, Lillymon quickly grabbing the girl by the arm and lifting her up into the trees. Once the Perfect-level Digimon had made certain that she was hidden, she emerged from the foliage, looking down at Adrian as Wyvernmon took a different possition.

"Need a lift?" she asked. "Or can you climb trees in fifteen seconds?"

Personality: very smart, knows when it’s time to speak and when to listen, always blames her self when things go wrong, and in battle is very courageous.

History: Lily and Vinnie have been through a lot together seeing as that they’re twins, Vinnie was always the popular one and Lily was always the book nerd and shy one. They have been given the Sprits of the legendary warriors that Takuya and Zoe once had. About a month ago Lily and Vinnie were called to the Digital world in the same manner that these DigiDestined that originally had these sprits were brought there, by Trailmon, they were brought to Ophanimon, Cherubimon and Seraphimon, they were told everything, about how the DigiDestined before were able to defeat Lucemon and save there own world and how now an even greater threat was at hand, the merging of the other Digital worlds and that the borders were Changing and how that a Digimon called Demon and how he planed on taking over all of the digital world and the human ones and well. Lily and Vinnie were also told that they were now chosen to be given the Sprits of the Legendary Warriors because they had similar traits as the other DigiDestined. Lily and Vinnie were sent out to gather information if they could about the other digital worlds and such. They were Bokomon as their guide of the Digital world. They recently found an unknown part of the Digital world, they had gone through a portal, they assumed it was part of another Digital world, Ophanimon told them to explore and see if they could find the leaders of this world, they have been going around to villages and they say that the “Four Sovereigns”, who ever they are, are the rulers of this Digital world, they have currently been in, “Silverdream Village” , there is also a rumor saying that a another human is there and she is called the Chosen Child…The Twins and Bokomon have been looking for this village.

Vinnie, Lily and Bokomon walked around the forest. “I heard that this place was in the sky,” Vinnie remarked dully, Lily rolled her eyes, “if you say something that I don’t know then please share it, when we get closer to the spot where the other Digimon said to go then will Digivolve, you’ll have to use your mad ugly Beast Sprit though.”
Bokomon stood there and watched the sibling spit words back in fourth, he shook his head, “you two will need to work together in battle as you have in the past you know, also you should try to maintain that balance of friendship at all times so that you are not blinded by your own agenda in battle and what really matters.” Vinnie had a puzzled look on his face, Lily side, “idiot, he said that we shouldn’t fight so we don’t help each other in battle just because were mad at each other,” Lily stated as though it was like it was second nature, Vinnie was now happy that he was in the loop, “hey Bokomon why didn’t you just say what Lily said?”
“I DID, YOU IDIOT!”
Vinnie practically jumped up into the air. “Jezz, no need to shout I was just asking why you didn’t make it easier to understand, I’m not in advanced classes like my little sister.” Lily looked at her brother angrily, “only by one minute and you can NEVER let it go!” she said very angrily, Vinnie didn’t even care, he like getting his ‘little’ sister mad, “and you know Vinnie you could be in Advanced classes too if you applied you self, but you don’t you’d rather hang out with you friend then do homework,” Lily said in a bit of a snotty tone, as pay back Vinnie took Lily’s hat, Lily yelled and they broke out into another argument. Bokomon sighed and shook his head. “Hey, did you two hear something?” Bokomon asked, “No,” they answered in unison, then a spider like Digimon came out form a near by tree, Lily grabbed her brother and screamed, very loudly. “What’s your problem?” Lily glared at her brother, “I’m afraid of spiders, duh!”
“Poison thread!” shouted the large spider, the trio dogged the attack, “Bokomon, what kind of Digimon is that?” lily asked, Bokomon spoke in a very shaky, scared manner, “that’s Dokugumon, he’s a virus type also he’s an adult level.”
“Well what do you think sis, should we fight and get some Fractal Code or run?” Vinnie gave his sister a sly smile; Lily gave a retuning smile as her answer.
Fighting it was. They each took there D-Tectors’ out of there pockets, each one about the size of a cell phone, actually at one time they were cell phones, changed by Ophanimon herself. Vinnies’ was red and black, Lilys’ was a light purple and a light pink.
