Skeleton Gorge A desolate, gray place where not many dare to venture. Bones seem to litter the floor below where many wolves have gotten trapped in the narrow slits between each side. If you are at the top, there is a fantastic view of the forests all around, but be careful of the terrifying drop down that would surely kill you. Whispering Vale It is rumored that this Vale is haunted with many spirits who have lived here before. Sometimes you may hear someone or something whispering quietly, like they or it is watching you. But, if you venture around, you will find no one making the noise. The thick forest surrounds this area, and it is quite close to Avernus' Shadowed Forests. Doe's Heather This is one of the nicest areas in the neutral lands, and it is where the lost and pack less pups and whelps are taken care of by a kind old doe who is brave enough to take them. Lake Aqua A sparkling blue lake lies before you, stretching far towards the sides of the valley it is located in. Thick grass covers the space around it, and there are occasional large trees that you may shelter under for shade, or to cover you from rain, hail or snow. The Old Oak This ancient tree that has lived for hundreds of years is the pack's meeting place, and tracks are worn round the base where previous ancestors have walked. A surprisingly low, thick branch is where the Reigning Alpha may stand while addressing the members of the lands of the Forest of Shadows, so all can hear. Rat's Beck A small river runs out from Lake Aqua, filled with big, fat rats that are quite easy to catch. There are usually a lot of them scurrying about on the river bank, and because they are so fat, they are quite slow, so you will get them pretty quickly. If you are ever hungry, just drop by and see if there are any rats wandering around. It is suggested you do not take pups with you; the rats may be slow but their bites are deadly. Blood Stains Battlefield This is definately bloodstained; the ground is streaked very faintly with traces of blood where those who have fought there had fallen previously. A waterfall drops down into a chasm below, which is believed to connect somewhere in Skeleton Gorge, though others say that the drop goes on forever. Fights here will be watched over by the Reigning Alpha or Alphena; if none are present then the Sub-Alphas or Betas may take their place. Shapeshift Swamp According to the old rumours, this swamp has changed many times in a day, both physically and mentally. So, that mouldy log might have been alongside the path that you came by. But now it is sticking out of the boggy water before you, the black liquid swirling around it. It will probably only change once several hours or so, so don't get your hopes up.
