The Havarilli Estate Hundreds of years and many generations of Havarillis have passed through the walls of the great Skibo Estate. It was named when it was built to mean a place of peace, a fairytale, and as tales tell, has on occasion lived up to it's name. Built largely in the old fashion and gothic structure, Skibo is set upon the largest lake in Jola near the middle of the country where the Havarillis can have a better grasp on their lands. Known to be a sight to see both structurally and because of the overall happiness of citizens under the Havarilli rule, the Estate does tend to have the frequent important visitor stay within it's great walls, hoping to share in it's secrets.
The Severalli (Lesser House) Estate Orchard Hill, though uninhabited for some fifty years, is nevertheless a charming building. Three stories of red and cream brick is set in a T-shape, nestled in the foot of the hillside overlooking the Bay. A hundred steps lead from the hillside to the lush Italia gardens.
The Mordonne Manor The Mordonne Manor may not be as grand as some of the neighbouring estates yet it holds many rooms and boasts magnificent gardens. During the rough building of the small estate the house was plagued with barren wives and so a lack of income meant the house fell into disrepair. However with the ascension of Lord Philippe through the royal family and a steadier income means that the Manor is undergoing repairs and Lady Aoife and her son now have their own wing in the manor. Lord Emeril and his wife Lady Marion reside here in the smaller of the inner households. It is a solid grey stone and has survived many seasons and many more to come.

The Redalan Estate The Redalan estate is of a good size, close to the coast and a place of much natural beauty. Fairly modern, the main house of residence is a symmetrical red-brick building built around a central courtyard. Located in Namaril, there are some minor traces of the Seraphin still around.
The Severalli Estate Located in Tyrish and known as Arc Hall, it is a vast and beautiful sprawling estate. The main building- Arc Hall- , is a huge grey-stone building covered in places by sprawling ivy,and shows their family ancient breeding. Surrounded by other smaller various buildings and acres of sprawling lands and woods, many live on the estate asides from the family.
