[[General C&G Reqs.]] This is a intermediate/advanced roleplay site, so we do expect a certain level of activity as well as writing ability. AT LEAST 1 post IN-CHARACTER per week is necessary to be 'active'. If you are going to be missing for awhile, post up your absence in the absence thread as well as how long you'll be gone for. *Also, this us a very realistic RPG. Subplots, fashions, courting, basically everything is guided by what really happened in these countries around the 1500s.
[[Registering]] Once you've registered, post your application up and the admin will fly by to check and approve it.

If you have a subplot that you'd like to have put into the subplot forum, please submit it to the Admins. first and foremost so that they can approve it and offer suggestions.
[[Time on C&G]] Also, please don't rush your relationships. Keep in mind that some couples would NOT be able to have so deep a love in just one month or so. Love at first sight happens rarely, if at all, so please keep that in mind when you're getting through these relationships. Let your characters get to know one another and build on that!

Winter is clearly upon the countries of Liston and Sundaril, the snows are deep and the frigid air keeps most activities indoors. Fires burn nearly all times through the night and during evening hours, and the lands are prone to extreme white-outs as well as the renowned Christmas Balls! While each member of the noble and royal classes are preparing for the annual festivities that take over December, the country continues to pray for a son and heir to Sundaril as Queen Alys glows in the mind-months of a healthy first pregnancy. Meanwhile, in Liston, Prince Edward is celebrating the new year and Christmas season with his officially courted Princess of Sundaril, Ophelia Seraphin.

Desire and Aid Some people want to become better roleplayers but don't exactly know what to fix. Some just want words of advice. If you're either of those people, post an in character post in here and we'll come along and offer suggestions and advice to help you attain the next level. For those critiquing, remember that these people are putting their hearts on the line so be CONSTRUCTIVELY critical, not mean.
Absences If you're going to be leaving for a small amount of time or won't be able to post the next week or so, leave a note in here telling us when you're leaving and when you'll get back! We'll miss you!
Applications This is where you'll find the application form as well as your applications. Once accepted they will go into the "Citizens" area and you can begin roleplaying. You MUST be accepted first before you can begin roleplaying.

Subplots These are all the subplots that are going on on the board since we have so many of these. In order to understand what is going on all over the place (and maybe add yourself to the plot), these were created.

Letters Do you need to speak to a family member but they are in Lystara while you're in Sundri? Send them a letter! Be careful that it doesn't get intercepted though.
The Memoirs These are things that have happened in the past. Roleplay out your memories with other members. Be sure to put the date (i.e winter 1010) and the setting (i.e. palace).
Sundaril Christmas Ball December is certainly time for celebration, and the people of Sundaril are always looking for an exciting way to keep entertained during the long winter months. Coming together for the flowing wines, imported delicacies, and massive gift exchanges, many thanks are offered this year. Largely in celebration are the Lord Jesus, Queen Alys' healthy first pregnancy about 5 months along, and the Havarilli family's return to the palace.

Seraphin Palace Built after the War of Lions, Seraphin Palace is made of black and white marble with gold and silver and every possible gem you can imagine. The usual home of the Seraphin dynasty, it is only left in the winter, when the court and the Seraphin siblings retire to the sea palace instead.
Lystara Another city, this was once the capital of Sundaril and, after the War of Lions, it was reduced to a mere city. Ruins of the ancient city it was built over peek through still and the haunting beauty of Lystara lingers like a dream.

Rythallin Forest Sections of it have been cleared for resources, but the rest stands strong. Go too deep and you'll run into wolves and bears.
The Teeth Jagged mountains topped with snow, many an adventurer has attempted to climb them and gain some renown and never have they returned. Legends say dragons live here. Inside is the Wintermane Camp and the half-animal men.
Liston-by-the-Sea The capital of Liston, the city sits in the bay in the south of Liston. The water sparkles like diamonds and sapphires and the breezes are often warm. Most of the populace, especially the nobility, reside here as this is the locus of all important activity.
Liston Palace Located in the capital, Liston-by-the-Sea, the palace of Liston is its crown jewel. Full of grandeur unknown before in the court, the palace of Liston was newly built in 975. At its southern most wall: a cliff leading into the dazzling sea.
The Countryside Farms dot the landscape, their fields like a patchwork quilt over the land. Nobility are often found racing their horses along the wide, dirt roads and, rarely, a carriage is found upon it, traveling to Liston-by-the-Sea or some far off town.
