| Squad tags are partially working in the current EXE. This exe has the tags show up in a few more areas and colors them. At the end of game, you can sort by any column just by clicking at the top of the column. |

| I highly recommend you either backup your current EXE or plan to uninstall and reinstall and update the game. You should have PC file system experience before testing this executable. If you care about your settings and/or completed single player missions, you may need to also backup your player.sav file. |

| good job, missed 1680x1050 and an 16:9/16:10 Field. Replace the Widescreen_Field, maybe. (Pull Down or something like that) # 1440x900 doesn't work here, (game.cfg deleted, new res shows up, but wont change) # Expansions now visible?

| The network requirements of this EXE are higher than the shipping EXE. We are asking people to test this EXE because some connections might choke. If this is the case, we'll add a switch or test the connection. The intended end result is that DFX gets updated to better utilize modern hardware and better support the new NovaWorld Community squads, and everyone is happy. If you want a dramatic test of what the sync code and higher bandwidth is addressing, try doing a running jump to a railing. On the old EXE you'll land on the railing, then get yanked down to the ground. There are other advantages as well, but it all needs testing with an open mind. |
