Playing SP no problem at all its a decent game with lots to do and challenges to complete. Its quite nice to make up the game as you go along. It reminds me of the books I had as a kid where if you made one choice you turned to page 20, another choice turn to page 30 etc.

The problem I have is that I cannot get MP tp work. Registered on Ubisoft but when creating a profile it tells me that my key is invalid.

Any ideas or is it just early day problems with the game???

are you sure you entered it correctly, since the 0 and ''o'' look very much alike in far cry 2. I made that mistake.. :lol: :lol:

same here didnt had any probs so far exept for the snipergoons getting on my nerves

Send a mail to Ubisoft and explain the situation ;)

They can do a key check for you to see if its valid or not.

I tend to disagree.
The old game is good, but the simple fact of the realism of the graphics. Like if you shoot the trees, parts fall off, it makes it better than the original FarCry

I thought the original was good for about half an hour, then it tended to get a bit boring, even on single player. I cannot compare it to FC2 since ive never played it :ph43r:

Far Cry 2 was a good game, but it wasn't the great experience they had promised, simply because the game itself is empty. You're doing the same missions over and over again for like 20 hours. The side-quests are the same stuff, whenever you cleared an area, ennemies will be back after 10 minutes. The fractions were unnecessary too, because it never matters whether you do the job for one or another because everybody in the field attacks you.

Yes it was fun to sneak into bases, to shoot people from 800 metres away and make everybody else panic, yes it was fun to do experiments with the fire, but that entertained me for like 5 hours. The rest was a pain in the arse, I was hoping that the finale would be better, but the twist was just plain fucking bs.
