Just got it,who else have it and going to play it.

If you get any people there I will download cracked (hmmm.... free :P ) version of BF.

my brother has downloaded the demo and i think he likes it.. ;)

yeah,i like it butcher,but can you plz post your system-settings here and if you can play the game properly (without pc-lag).

I want to buy it,but the demo wasn't running verry smooth,maybe the full game is better???

Well the titans are too strong and therefore u can sit and pwn everyone when u found one ... Its the same things that ruins BF2 ... the n00bs own.

If JO would come out now i would still buy it like i did b4. It still is a better game then BF 2 was an the BF will be. Maybe the graphics in JO are not as good as in BF2 but the gameplay is a lot better and more realistic. The new BF is even worse cause it is in the future. It might be fun to play it and maybe i will download the demo but im sure i will never like it as much as JO.

And its no pc-lag,play on 1280 and all on high ;)

too bad you didn't choose the new Intel Core2Duo processors,they beat the AMD processors like hell!
An Intel Core2Duo 6600 processor is as fast as a AMD FX 62 processor :blink:
And with a special Asus motherboard you can overclock these processors to the top version (6800?) without need of extra fans :blink:

And the funiest of it,is that this processor only cost 320 EUR OMFG!

I didn't overclock it so far. I just have the pc since last week and im not an expert in overclocking. Its fast enough the way it is atm so i might aswell keep the gurantee on it till it gets "too" slow.

Im not even going to make myself a laughing stock by telling u my rig.
For those who dont already know, its a high spec computer (if it was still the year 2001)
and i cant even play JO coz im resorted to my onboard graphics card due to the fact my fx5200 packed up last week... gaming life is none existant for poor old spectre at the moment, but im still trying to keep myself active on the forums :P

i'm gonna buy myself a new one in 2007 when vista and Direct X10 is out.
Cause i hate it when i can't play i game i like :(

I made a vid on BF 2142, first impressions only, but I think that game rocks. On my rig, I can hit 90 fps with all details high and 1280X960... B)

On a minor issue, I wish people wouldn't use Putfile for game videos and use something like YouTube instead - with Putfile you have to wait what seems like aeons to download before it starts playing :-(

Hey Fury, really nice movie you made! Did u use Windows Movie Maker (WMM) or pro software?

The music was nice too... reminds me of Supperclub (if anyone knows what this is... the dutchmen might - there is a 'Supperclub' in Amsterdam ^^ ) :lol:

The game just isnt my style... too many vehicles and it looks a bit like a 'kiddy game' with the futuristic weapons and silly weapon/projectile colours etc...

but if your movie was made with WMM then u deserve extra praise! Its probably easier to make such a nice movie if u use a pro software, but still - n1 :D

Thx Dio... well inf act, I used Adobe Premiere Pro to make that movie, cause I handle it much more than WMM... And it's more powerful as well.

Music is from Biosphere, Patashnik album edited in 1994. I started with Techno music in 1991. :)

"Andy Warhol" colors and plastic models + traditionally crap BF gameplay = some crazy mix of UT and BF2 for kids.

BF2142 has the same system specs as BF2, it runs fine on my machine :)

I used to buy more "memory", i got 1024MB but i need 1,5GB.

The specs are little different, bec you need a better grafic card and more memory...but no worries your PC is owning :rolleyes: :D
