Gathering #3, Must be on List to Attend, non-clans exc

[Flamestar]

Flamestar crouched on the her border, right across the line to Fourtrees for the Gathering. She stared at the Highrock where she would address the Clans... She dared it to mock her with her eyes. With a signalling flick of her tail, she dashed down into the clearing, ignoring all cats that might have already been present. She jumped up on the rock and took her place, a quite bored expression upon her face.

[Slyclaw]

Slyclaw pranced after her, exited and filled with adraline. He skidded to a halt, pausing and smiling up at Flamestar. "Good luck!" He meowed, sitting down. The tip of the Deputy's tail twitched nervously, and he beamed at all cats around him.

Nekostar sauntered past the rest of the cats, having padded down the hill. She leapt fluidly up to the rock, seating herself slightly to the left and behind.

Tigerpaw performed a number of acrobatics while waiting, and then stalked calmly and haughitly down to the clearing, ignoring the other cats. Twitching his whiskers, he looked around.

[Pinefur]

Rainpaw padded after her clanmates, and glanced around.

Pinefur bounded after Tigerpaw and lept lightly on the ground.

[Flamestar]

Flamestar nodded approvingly to Slyclaw, her new Deputy, "Thank you..." She quickly glanced over to Nekostar who had joined her on the rock. She was on better terms with Nekostar now, but they still weren't friends. They could be civil with one another which was an achievmant by severe rivalry standards. "Hello, Nekostar," she mewed coldly. From the way they treated one another, you might suspect that they had grown up as sisters, vying for the most power, but they weren't related in the slightest.

Blacknight stalked after his Leader and sat down next to Pinefur and Tigerpaw, staring up at his Leader, awaiting her to say something. He then caught sight of Flamestar and decided it more polite to say something, rather than the cold, ireful stare alone. "Hello, Flamestar," the great Deputy of night meowed firmly.

"Hello, Blacknight..." meowed the Leader of blood fur. She watched as the cats from the two rival Clans lined up. Three of Tightwind's kits had become apprentices, about five months early, but they had grown and were about six moons from becoming warriors. Two had joined BloodClan and one had joined her own FireClan to train under the Medicine Cat, Speckelfoot, to succeed her. She mewed politely to the apprentices she still, truthfully as kits, "Lo, Tigerkit, Ebonkit." They're other brother, Leafkit still lived with the Rogues and his future was uncertain.

Ebonpaw had sat down next to her best friend, Pinefur, her brother and the Deputy, closer to Pinefur in all though. When she heard Flamestar's greeting, she was slightly confused, knowing she was supposed to hate the Leader because she was of FireClan, but she still wanted to be friendly, "Almost, Miss Flamestar! It's Tigerpaw and Ebonpaw now!"

[Pinefur]

Pinefur gave grin. "Yes, Ebonpaw and Tigerpaw now," she said. Abitous kits.

[Speckelfoot]

Speckelfoot ran down the hill after her leader and looked around the clearing. She sat down and wondered what would happen this time.

[Pinefur]

Majicspirit bounded into the clearing. Sitting down, she licked a forepaw and looked around.

[Slyclaw]

Slyclaw spotted Pinefur, and he beamed at her. Walking to her, he kept his cool; they were just friends during Gatherings now--at least, as far as the Clan Leaders thought.

[Pinefur]

Pinefur spotted Slyclaw. She smiled and dipped her head. "Ello." she greeted him.

[Roseheart and Co.]

Snowstar padded gently into the clearing. Fourtrees looked the same as it did before she left Frostclan many moons ago. The white she cat gracefully lept upon the rock and sat down to the far right of Flamestar. There were so many cats she didn't know. "Hello," She mewed to Flamestar."I'm Snowstar, Frostclan's Leader, I'm sure you could tell what Clan I live in though. I'm certain you're from Fireclan and you're probably leader but I don't know your name."

[Flamestar]

Flamestar raised an eyebrow as the new Leader hopped up and spoke to her. "Hello, Snowstar," she said cooly, but not rudely, "I'm Flamestar of FireClan, yes, but color has nothing to do with what Clan one is from. Very ironic though, isn't it?" She nodded in Nekostar's direction, "That's Nekostar of BloodClan. Moonstar, who leads EarthClan hasn't shown up yet."

"I could tell by your scent, yes it is very ironic. Nekostar of Bloodclan, eh? I don't remember her from when I was a warrior...I guess I just forgot! Flamestar, have you seen Foxfur lately? I must say hello to him, we've been friends since we were apprentices," Snowstar mewed.

[Flamestar]

Flamestar let out a good natured laugh. She cocked her head to the side and spoke as though it weren't really a big deal. "No, not really... But that's wonderful that you are friends. Did you grow up in the same Clan? I don't recall knowing much about my peers. I stayed by myself, mostly."

(Writeer's block is an evil, evil virus.)

[Pinefur]

The black and brown Tom cat padded into the clearing, listening to the leaders quietly. "Flamestar? Very nice to meet you,"he meowed. He dipped his head in respect to the FireClan leader and meowed again, "I'm Silenteyes." His blue and green eyes seemed to swirl, but it was just a trick of the light.

He dipped his head to his leader, turned, and padded to another partof the clearing. He paused, looking over the cats. He saw a kit sitting next to a brown and tan warrior he guessed. That's one young apprentice. he thought. Unless she's just small. he said and shrugged. It didn't matter to him how old she was.

He saw another cat, a black Tom cat, with acid eyes. Next to him, was another kit. Looks like Tigerstar," he thought. He spotted another Tom cat walking calmly over to the brown and tan warrior. She gave a grin and and they seemed to be friends.

He looked over his shoulder at the rock, to see another cat he didn't quite catch her name. She was a black she-cat, probably a leader by guessing where she was, with a tux markings. He glanced back around and spotted another cat, a tortise she-cat. Yawning now, he saw others, but was getting bored by memorising their pelt colors. He gave a shrug. If anybody wants to talk to me, they'll come to me. he thought.

Flamestar nodded to Silenteyes, glad to see the Clans growing, even though FrostClan wasn't her own. "Likewise, I'm sure."

Blacknight stood and walked slowly over to Silenteyes. "New cat to FrostClan, then, eh? I'm Blacknight, Deputy of BloodClan... You must be the Deputy for they have few cats..." He sat down and looked at the new Tom, eyes showing neither approval not dislike...

(You did fine. Speckelfoot was just complaining about it last Saturday night when I was at her house.)
