The only way into the High Hills from the mainland is through a tunnel; a tunnel who's entrance is hidden in the base of the divideing rock, winds under it, under the Kishaleh River, and opens into the High Hills. The tunnel is dank and pitch dark at points, though light occationaly but not often seeps through a crack. The Paths are very narrow, and though a pair of small wolves could squeeze past eachouther, most wolves are out of luck if they encounter eachouther going opposite directions. The lower ranking wolf often has to backtrack quite a ways.

The rock that divides the river and sends it flowing around the island is at the foot of the High Hills, the mountains which the Kishaleh River flows from. It is a mile long and treturous to climb and traverse. It is a known place for the higher ranking Alphas, Betas, Gammas, the Advisor, the pack Seer, and the War Captain to gather. In fact, those are the only ones alowed to be there, or infact the only ones who know how to reach the top safely.

Password Protected. Only users who have a high ranking wolf will have the password.

The hills themselves, once accessed, are filled with the standard mountain-dwelling prey, from maountain goats, snow-shoe hares, ospreys, to the less edable animals, such as a few pumas and the occational grizzly bear in the lower places. The hills are crisscrossed with rocky paths, snow pileing up in the higher places. This area is prone to avalances, and more than a few wolves have died here.

Nestled like a hidden gaint in the mountains is a lake. Koin Lake is the source of the Kishaleh River, fed by many streams of melting snow in the spring. It's dark waters are full of fish, and the icy waters are home to a rare and seldom seen species of arctic otter, unknown yet even to humans, for this is the only place in the world they are found.
