The plains grass shine golden yellow in the sunlight, rolling and streaching all the way to the sea. Small herds of elk and deer wander about in secluded shade under trees to escape the blazeing sun.

On a hill in the grasslands stands an old willow tree, it's warped bark shineing violet-grey in contrast to it's slightly blue-ish trailing leaves. The limbs are low slung, providing adiquet resting places only a few feet off the ground, while the rest of it's intertwineing limbs reach high- so high into the air that at it's top, the whole island can be seen. But sadly, it is a meditation spot for the alphas and higher-ranking wolves, and any lower wolves might get a swift bite on the arse for being here without permission.

A small meadow nestles in the corner of the plains, it's green grass differing from the natural yellow that covers half of the plains. A rainbow of small and large wildflowers push up from the ground, adding their scent to the many rabbit trails that run through the area.

A huge, wide, flat clear pool stands in the middle of the grasslands, only murky at it's very center... How deep is it in the center? No one knows. For, even as many creatures gather here every day to drink, deep in the center of the pool lairs a monster.... A huge Crocodile named Thesuachy. Thesuachy is rumored to be from the nile- while being airlifted to a far-off zoo she escaped, and landed with a huge impact to the earth- said to have created the entire oasis with her bulk..... But that is only rumor! A myth! .....Right? Nobody knows.... None have seen her in years.... But then, now and again, a creature goes missing... Last seen at HER oasis....

A small patch of willows perch on a ring of small hills. At the head of these hills lies a single larger hill, toping all of the other willows except the huge specimen that tops it. At the foot of this hill is a hole, the entrance to a series of dens that are located in the surounding hills. It is warm and dry, large enough even for grown wolves to shelter in, and the clearing is completely screened and out of veiw from outside.
