The Gahan Wood is huge; most of the wood is covered by a sprawling web of interlocking pathes. This maze is easy to get lost in, and the wolves call it the Endless Trails.

In the center of the forest is a great ironwood tree, it's huge roots spreading all across the clearing in which it resides. It is said to be old enough to have seen the beginning of the world, and strong enough to see the end of it. The tree's great roots are a meeting place for the pack, and some come here to think.

The Kishaleh River flows through Gahan Woods, and at some point, it plunges down a cliff. The river tumbles down into a large pool good for diveing in, with silver fish in it's untellable depths. Slabs of rocks line the edge, where one could lay and look down into the water.

The Lake of Gahan was formed when the Kishaleh River plunged over one of Gahan's many cliffs. The pool that formed this time was much larger, more the size of a lake. It is wide enough that the current of the river is calm enough for swimming. The Gahan Lake even has it's own sand on the west shore. The east shore is formed by uncountable numbers of tiny smooth plebbles.
