A Sphere Of Question

Damien and Aquamarine walked around, looking at the trees full of some mysterious red circular substance. The scent tickled Damien's nose and he took the scent in deeply. Aquamarine looked at her older brother and watched him sniff the tangy sweetness. Then they continued to walk around, looking for something to eat because they felt like demons were inside and if they didn't please the demons, they would be tortured. So they had to get something to eat. Damien looked around and thought that it might not be wise to take an sphere substance. He figured that he would wait and see if another, more intelligent wolf about this pack would come along.

Aquamarine looked around and then looked at her brother and and signaled him that he should come over there. "Let's wait until a wolf comes into this region and if no other wolves come, we have to go to another place where there is food and where there is a wolf. So, let's sit and wait until another one comes along"

Damien knew that she was thinking the same thing he was. "Ok, we can wait, however, we are only waiting for a little while, not a lot."

Aquamarine nodded and they sat there, waiting for another wolf.

More newcomers, Beaflure said. In the grove, she said.

No time, you greet them, Melandru said.

Ok, said Beaflure.

Her howl tapered off, sending it's message back to her alpha. She fell silent, looking in the direction of the two wolves. She couldn't see them, of course, but neither did she need to.

The vision faded, echoing the last words of the conversation,
"Ok, we can wait, however, we are only waiting for a little while, not a lot."

Violet eyes blinked slowly, giveing the apearence of stupidity. Bea was not stupid. A bit odd, abet strange, and hard to understand, but she knew everything that went on around her. More so, even than a normal wolf.

The seer for Kantasia pack got up, black coat rippleing, and began to pad off into Gahan Wood. As the trees enclosed around her, she sighed. Beaflure liked the trees. She liked their consealing shadows, the pretty green leaves, the trailing willow branches that were so abundant in this valley. She sometimes liked to climb trees, resting high up in the branches with the birds and the snakes and the wildcats. No one could see her up there, and she could see everything.

Ah, the veiw from one of those anchient trees!

And speaking of anchient trees.....

The gnarled, massive roots of the Gishachy Tree twisted out from a clearing, winding even out of the clearing and curling around the trees on the outside ring. She paused and followed one of those huge roots to it's trunk, stareing up into branches three times her size, looking up into the branches of the oak that she had never attempted to climb to the top of.

More time for that later. Beaflure turned and swiftly made her way out of the clearing, dissapearing into the trees once more. Soon the pink petals of apple flowers littered the forest floor, ripe apples hanging heavy from their branches.

She found the two resting in a small clearing, surrounded by the apple trees of the Grove. Emergeing from the pink explosion of petals, the black seer paused some distance from them.

"Hello." She said.

Aquamarine smelt someone come. It was someone they haven't talked to before. She looked to where the wolf was, then she said hello. It would be obvious to reply by saying hello back, wouldn't it? "Hello. Do you know this area by any chance? We are very hungry and we need soemthing to eat, they're are no animals to hunt around here. Well, none that we can see." Aquamarine said clear and forward, knowing to never let her gaurd down around unknown wolves.

Damien looked at the two females talk, he walked to another place, slightly closer to Aquamarine to make sure that she wouldn't get hurt and waited to see the next part of the chapter.

Beaflure listened to all of this, watching and examining them both closely. Her eyes swirled with curiosity.

"Hello. Do you know this area by any chance? We are very hungry and we need something to eat, they're are no animals to hunt around here. Well, none that we can see."

Beaflure considered this for a moment, sorting though her answers. Finally, she said, "I am with the pack that lives in this valley. You must ask the alpha if you wish to hunt here."

There. A .... what was the word...? Sensible. Sensible answer. Melandru would be proud. Couldn't last long, though. Sure enough,

"My name is Beaflure. I shall take you to Melandru is you wish, Damien, Aquamarine."

They hadn't mentioned their names.

Mystery flew over them. How did she know their names? Maybe she knew them from somewhere. No. They didn't see her. Then again, they could of seen her somewhere and she was listening to them. They didn't care about how she knew their names, that wasn't important. What was important was that she was taking them to the alpha. They were waiting for this, they needed to be accepted into a pack. They were looking for too long and it was getting very annoying.

"Oh, well thank you, Beaflure. I am Aquamarine and my brother is Damien. But, you already know that." Aquamarine stated, with a sense of politeness in her voice. She knew that this wolf would be nice. But would she take them to a dangerous location or try to fight them? They would have to wait and see if she was trustworthy.

She knew that they would be wanting to see the alpha, but Melandru had told her to take care of them herself. Should she accept them? Her rank was high enough. Bea would see if they could be of any use. Melandru would be happy.

"What can you do?"

Beaflure of course realized that there were some formalities she had skipped, but none of this had conserned her before. Formalities were a waste of time, unless you were trying to charm someone. She allready knew what they were here for. The seer got to the point. If they wanted any more information, they would ask.

Her eyes switched calmly and slowly from one to the other, unnnerveingly peirceing, judgeing.
