Hrenan had come to get drunk, no point in denying it. She was already halfway down her first beer, attempting to null the conplete and utter terror inside her. Her hands were plainly shaking as she picked up her drink to take another sip, but her face was hard and steady, as always. Her face never looked afraid... Or hadn't yet.

A woman sat down at the bar not too far away, Her features like that of an albino had her eyes been red she would have been. Pale blonde hair almost platinum was offset by her pale white snowy like skin which shimmered as light bounced off of it in a way that would make a person think they should see the veins. Her nails a natural bright pink that seemed unnaturally round for the amount of times they had broken. Her outfit consisted of a long black coat that snugged in all the right places and a stunning red sleeveless dress underneath the coat which was fastened shut.

She looked up at the bartender making simple conversation as she played with her drink and listened to the nearby male patron comment on her naturally hairless skin. Her green eyes glanced around the room not paying to much mind to things. It was however very noticeable at how scared the girl two seats down from her was acting.

Out of curiosity she decided to get up and move next to the girl to see what had her so scared. Turning to face the girl she put one of her delicate pale hands on the girl and looked her in the eyes. "Little one what has you so nervous your hands are shaking a great deal?" She asked her with a calm look on her face her mind wondering what could scare someone like this.

Hrenan jumped at the touch, and looked into a face that for some reason gave her a chill down her spine. There was an obvious mental battle as Hrenan fought her "Run" instinct. It was only a young woman, and a pretty one. The ones that were pretty in a conventional sense were always safe in Hrenan's experience. Slowly, Hrenan's hands stopped shaking. Still not responding she brushed some hair from her eyes and looked into those of the mystery woman. Before there had been fear, but now that she was calm Hrenan became innately more trusting. As she always did when frightened in a relatively safe environment.

"Well," She whispered, her sentences stopping periodically while she was overcome by fear, "I don't know why... but the institute. They sent a man to control my mind. I don't know how but... Oh god... He looked exatly the same after five years... Oh my god they're going to kill me... And..." She pulled up her hair to show the thin cut where the chip had entered her head. "He fired some sort of device into my brain"

She stopped speaking abruptly, she was babbling and she knew it. She would have been surprised if this woman had understood what she was saying at all...

"Sorry," She said "I'm just so frightened..."

(OOC: The Institute is a proper noun as its a name so Capitalize the T and I when you spell it otherwise your posts are really good.)

The woman looked at Hreanen her hand raised to examine the hole left by the chip. "Ti-8479 personality override possession" She whispered under her breath very quietly as she massaged the hole. "Young girl it is not wise to talk about The Institute.. When did you get this may I ask since this hole looks rather recent?" The woman asked as she ran her pale hand under the girls chin lifting her head up so that their eyes met.

(OOC: Thanks, and will do)

Hrenan didn't hear the first words the woman spoke, but in the moment that they were said her face went blank for a second. It was, in her mind, as though time had started working like an old film for a moment. Every action and every motion that she had seen a moment before was slightly further along. Due to her acute senses, Hrenan noticed all of this. She didn't pay it much attention though, as little lapses where you blink and something has happened aren't that rare. This one was a little odd though, she was pretty positive she hadn't blinked in that moment...

The women had spoken. It took Hrenan a minute to process what she had said having been lost in her own thoughts.

"Yeah sorry," Replied Hrenan, before replying to the question, her voice breaking as she did so "It... It happened this morning..."

The woman's eyes got a cold hard look that dissipated almost instantaneously before she gave off a calm almost innocent smile. She took another long sip from her drink the smile and calmness still in her eyes. "Your positive about that?" She asked the girl while pulling out a tube to reapply her lipstick. Before looking at the bartender to which he just nodded and brought over a medium rare steak placing it in front of the blonde woman.

However at the same moment a man in a dark suit entered the bar choosing to sit in the back looking mostly at the blonde woman but occasionally back at Hreamen.

His eyes were covered by a dark pair of shades that made him suspicious looking.

(OOC WEre will you go with this? I wonder))

Hrenan was surprised at the woman's sudden change in manner. It gave her time to think. Why was this woman, who she didn't know touching her, and inspecting her injuries? And why was she babbling everything that had happened out to this stranger? Hrenan decided just to keep playing along, she began shaking again, but now her fear had vanished. It was replaced by a heightened awareness of her surroundings and quick thinking. Hrenan had reached a point beyond fear, a point where she simply knew that something was up, and she no longer thought consciously, her instincts had taken over. It was as if she, her conscious afraid self, was displaced into the space above her head.

"Yeah, positive, why do you ask?" Replied Hrenan shakily, even her face showed fear now, now that she was trying to look afraid.

Her newly heightened senses perceived the opening of the door, and slow footsteps, slow deliberate ones that had surely not come for a drink or a room. Footsteps, that judging by the leathery squeak of the shoes, belonged to a fancy outfit. Using her peripheral vision, Hrenan saw the man sit at a table without ordering a drink. The casual yet direct way he moved, the attire, and the choice to sit back in the shadowes screamed professional trying to stay undercover... Professional at what though?

Hrenan took another glance and saw that it was the second man, the man she had seen in her head. In completely different attire, yes, but the face was the same. Reality crashed back to Hrenan for a moment and she almost screamed before her instincts took controll again. Her concious self sat, in the place above her head, and hoped to god that this would last and she would not have to take controll of the body untill all of this was done with.

The woman turned away from the girl her eyes looked cross, In all but the blink of an eye she had vanished or more correctly appeared behind the man who had just entered. In her hand was a strange style of gun which was placed to the mans neck. She fired the table had a small stream of blood across it as the man fell face first into the table.

She placed the gun behind to which it just up and vanished with no indication as to where it went. Looking at the girl she went to say something only to be interrupted by an irate bartender.

"Eleanor what the hell stop painting my walls and table" He yelled at her in a strange scottish style accent.

"oh chill out old man" She gave back in a chide manner. She then returned her look at the girl. "You said the Institute and I suppose you would recognize this guy?" She asked not expecting an answer. She walked over the the girl taking her arm up "Show me I have been looking for The Institute I have a score to settle with someone who uses chips like that." She replied as Eleanor's body tensed like she was completely different person her eyes looked determined to kill

(OOC: You might find this fun if you go with it. There is a part to The Institute that no one other then me the creator knows)

Hrenan's conciseness took control once more, but she was no longer terrified. If this was Eleanor... As in head of The Institute Eleanor, and for now, she was on her side... Hrenan felt quite safe, and ready to jump into action.

"Well I have no idea where to find it... But what I do know is that there have been two portals to it that have appeared to me. They were pearly white kind of swirly, and lead into a metal building. The first appeared in the Mortean Forest. I think that was an accident because nobody came for me until they saw me. THe second was in the forest that's about an hours hike from town. THat one was definitely made as an attempt on my life. I can take you if you want?" Hrenan tried to talk as fast as she could without missing a detail, anything that seemed ordinary to her might make all the difference to a genious such as the one standing in front of her.

(OOC: I will, I usually follow in rp unless I am specifically designated to lead something or everyone else is shying off)

Eleanor nodded before walking into the bathroom coming out a few minutes later in white full body suit. "Lead me to this area you were found in." She told the girl before leaving the payment for damages and the drinks with the bartender.

(OOC: Okay post the link to the new thread in your reply to this. Also heads up the stories in Mortiarian forest please don't reference them they aren't finished
So the Barrier is still there))

Wow! was Hrenan's first thought when she saw Eleanor again. Somehow a change of clothing moved her from a pretty woman to a confidant person who would easily be in charge of any situation they were put in in the eyes of Hrenan. She ran to catch up with Eleanor as she left the inn, taking her place a step ahead to lead the way.

(OOC: http://z9.invisionfree.com/FaW_roleplay/in...showtopic=267... And okay, I know it is still there.)
