First how to make a battle interesting

I'll use cross he's sitting at a bar about to take a drink and your your guy. Start it

Eric walked into the bar and spied Cross sitting there, about to sip his drink. Eric was in the mood for a fight so he drew his knife and threw it across the room, knocking crosses drink out of his hand, the knife landed blade into a bar stool behind Cross

Cross saw a drink but then his stool was hit by a knife now he was pissed. Grabbing his Fn-57 he ducked behind a nearby table firing his entire clip at the guy who threw it the silenced emp rounds went soaring as the clip fell out and Cross reached for a new one

Eric was hit by several shots but dove behind a table kicking in over so it would protect him from fire. He pulls out his 9mm and loads it quickly. he stood and pired his clip at Cross, while running towards him to grab his knife. he takes it out of the stool and slides it back into its sheath. He reloads his gun and fires at the light fixture above Cross.

Holstering his gun he kicked the table at the idiot shooting at him as Deidre drew his weapon cross and hooked it to his hip generator then lunged bladed end to appear behind the table in a lunge once should the opponent knock the table away
