Details About Moruca- READ BEFORE POSTING
This "country" really doesn't have any official borders- it encompasses all of the coastline of Galgathoth. The Morucans are a seafaring people that descended from a group of Oceanians who were banished to Hariz and interbred with the Druids. They developed ports on the seaside and usually spend their time preying on each other's ships and getting liquored up in various taverns in various ports. Moruca is a classic example of a complete pirate anarchy- there is no discernible economy, or even government. Life there is wild, rich, and tax-free. They trade goods (which they steal) with the Druids. The "capital" (read: largest) city is the Port of the One-Eyed Dog.

Port Jishija
This is a fairly large port, filled with taverns, inns, and all matter of people. Ships enter and leave daily, and there are many things to be bought and sold here. Druids from Hariz come here often to trade and buy goods for themselves and to sell back in their homeland.

Capital: The Port of the One-Eyed Dog
Named after the one-eyed sea captain who founded the capital city, this port is bursting with activity. It is the largest city in Moruca, rivaling even the capital city of Hairz in sheer size. It is a jumble of buildings, crooked streets, and all manner of humanity thrown in.
